I would recommend Greenwoods to anyone purchasing a property. Sarah was incredibly helpful and responsive. As a first time buyer I was new to everything, and the team was generous in giving me advice throughout. Through no fault of Greenwoods, my purchase was complicated due to problems that were unresolved the previous time it had been sold. Sarah was very diligent in chasing and co-ordinating information, and always gave me updates when she could.

Booked a viewing and took time off work. Called an hour before to confirm, only to be told the viewing was not going ahead because the tenants were still in the property. I was told they would call me to rebook as soon as they agreed with the tenant that never happened. Complete waste of my time. Very disappointed.

From initial valuation through to completion the team have been amazing, making the stress of selling and purchasing more bearable. It was a long process with delays but I was always kept updated throughout. Lewis was normally the one to pick up any phone calls and is an asset to the team always helping where he can. Pete was overseeing the transaction. His knowledge and experience has been invaluable throughout. Greenwoods fully deserve 5⭐️ reviews and I would recommend.

The best estate agents in Bristol!

We had a great experience with Greenwoods from start to finish, they marketed our house well and we sold within the first few viewings! It wasn't an easy ride for us to then find a house but Phil was so helpful and reassuring all the way through, keeping our buyer well informed and was super generous with his advice to me as we hit stumbling block after stumbling with our purchase. They were by far the best estate agents we dealt with (and believe me, we met a lot!) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house. I don't intend to move any time soon but if the situation did ever arise I would head straight back to Phil and the team.

Fantastic estate agents!

Greenwoods team in Whitchurch were fantastic from an honest valuation, to marketing the property using clear descriptions, top quality photographs and virtual tour technology. It attracted a large number of viewings which secured us a buyer in under 10 days. The communication with us was open, helpful and professional all the way through the process. Pete and his team were easily contacted and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there to offer support and advice. We achieved a very good price for our property thanks to Pete and Ryan. Their communication with our buyers and solicitors helped speed the process along. We could not recommend this estate agent enough!

Really friendly and supportive staff. I purchased a flat and the seller used Greenwoods estate agents. I was a first time buyer and was learning as I went along. I found Pete and the team very friendly and helpful and really helped to keep things on track as well as supporting me when my solicitor was less than helpful. They did far more than I would have expected them. I would definitely recommend to sellers. Also if you're buying a property and the seller is using this agent you can buy with confidence (at least from the estate agent side of things!).

I would highly recommend Greenwoods. We have been very happy with the service we have received selling our house close to Victoria Park, Bristol. They created a good impression right from the start. The whole process was very easy. They ran the whole advertising and viewing process very smoothly. They gave us really sound advice when we were considering the offers received. Then through the legal process they were very proactive in chasing up all the parties in the chain and advising us when necessary. We particularly liked the fact that it’s quite a small branch office so we only dealt with 3 or 4 different people so we felt it was quite a personal service and they were all very on the ball. It was the branch manager, Phil who did a lot of the work moving the sale along once we’d accepted the offer. Phil is clearly very experienced so we felt we were in safe hands. Their fee was also very competitive.

Greenwoods Letting office in Knowle …

Greenwoods Letting office in Knowle have been successfully letting a one bed flat in Stockwood for me for a number of years. They pass on any comments or requests from the tenants and then deal with my requests regarding necessary action - from squirrels in the roof space to renewal of stair carpet. Lisa has been very helpful and organises anything that needs to be done such as the annual fire safety testing certificate. I would whole- heartedly recommend Greenwoods. Thank you.

Greenwoods were fantastic from start to finish with helping us buy our new home. Both my partner and I agreed we would have no doubts about using them again for both buying or selling in the future. (we kind of regret not selling with them as well this time around.) We had some very questionable experiences with another agent in particular when buying who have a very bad reputation for Craftily Jigging Hole situations to its own benefit who should be avoided at all cost. Greenwoods however, restored our faith that there are some exceptional agents who work for both the buyer and the seller on a level beyond the just the sale price. I was recently looking to rent a property in Knowle and I must say I had a fantastic service from Greenwoods. The lady I dealt with, Lauryn, was extremely helpful. She was polite and friendly on the phone when I called to set up a viewing, and her manner was very professional. When viewing the property Lauryn was great at explaining everything, answering all of my questions fully; it was clear she knew what she was talking about. I saw from her business card that she has ARLA qualifications, which I found very reassuring. She also showed a charming nature, and I felt at ease with her. I had a couple of other viewings with Lauryn, which proceeded in a similar fashion, and we built up a rapport. She remembered things that I'd told her (even the name of my dog!), which showed that she had listened to me, like I was not only a potential customer but also a person. In the end I did not move house, but if I was ever looking in the area again I would definitely use Greenwoods.

We refurbished and sold a terraced house is Totterdown through Greenwoods (having also purchased through them). They know the market there inside out and did a great job. Phil is particularly experienced, was kind enough to give us the benefit of his advice through the renovation and project and worked really hard to drive through what became a drawn out sale. Would recommending selling through Greenwoods, especially if you are in Totterdown.
