I was very impressed with the whole Greenwoods sales department. They were very clear at each step of the way. I had phone conversations and email communications and was always kept up to date with where things were in the process. They provided great impartial advice and were always available to contact. From the very first contact with Greenwoods Property Centre, Pete and his team have always been on hand to answer any questions, give us updates, help us with any issues and provide helpful honest advice. Just brilliant service

OK, so going through a messy divorce, and having to sell my home of 35 years was particularly harsh, but I'm so glad I chose Greenwoods to market my property. They didn't give me the highest quote, but I felt everything about what was said was much more clear and consise, and it turned out the team on Sandy Park Rd, Brislington are all great, and incredibly empathetic, which is just what I needed. House went on sale 23rd June, and was sold to someone who viewed it on the 27th! Everything went silky smooth, and super quick. I moved out on 12th August, so all in around 6 weeks start to finish! It's been a roller-coaster of emotions, and Greenwoods were by my side for the whole thing, and I'm extremely grateful for their sensitivity in dealing with me (not the easiest person, with some mental health issues). I wouldn't hesitate one second to recommend them. Excellent service, and lovely team of people. Thank you Greenwoods, you've should be extremely proud!

Pete and Louise were great to deal with during the purchase of our house. They were friendly and helpful and would always keep us updated with any progress. We had issues with our solicitor but Pete and Louise did all that they could and although our completion date was delayed this was not to the fault of Greenwoods. Would definitely recommend.

When I first enquired about my property, I received an immediate response and good communication throughout the process. The only less than perfect experience was the first viewing. It didn't feel like the agent knew much about the property and they weren't very engaging. As a first time buyer, this felt a bit weird (but maybe its the norm). This changed on the second viewing and once I put an offer in everyone I came into contact with was extremely helpful. Thank you.

Thank you Greenwoods! From day one you displayed professionalism - giving me an honest appraisal of my house even though it may not have been what I wanted to hear. That appraisal was however spot on! You arranged a number of viewings and kept me informed of leads. You got on with the job which in turn allowed me to get on my job. When there was a slight issue with the legal side of my house sale, you came to the fore and listened to me, took on board my concerns and acted. You took responsibility for resolving the issue with the buyer which was greatly appreciated particularly at a time when everyone is so busy. You kept in regular contact when progressing the sale and helped us to get to exchange which wasn't an easy task at the end due to the chain having different requirements. They even helped us to get removals which also make things easier. My only regret - I didn't instruct Greenwoods when I first tried to sell my house.
