Greenwoods Bristol Branch in Whitchurch was excellent! Can’t recommend them enough the team we’re fantastic throughout our purchase and a special thanks to Pete Lawson. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he consistently chased the chain and kept us updated throughout the whole process. With everything going on during lockdown-COVID the team continued to keep us up to date and I’m sure things wouldn’t have gone as smoothly without Pete and his team!

I would thoroughly recommend Greenwoods. They were in contact with us regularly giving updates and guidance, the staff were all lovely and they made the whole experience as easy as it could be for us. We would recommend Pete especially who was massively helpful to us.

This a terrible company both as a letting agent and as an estate agent. I let through them and sold my property in Bristol. They never seemed to do what I needed and had to be prompted every step of the way. They were condescending and unprofessional at times. I’m sure they didn’t think I knew the process. In fact I had let properties before and bought and sold various properties across the UK. They over valued my property leaving it on the market to became stale. Not until I lowered it by £50000 did I get any serious interest or offers. It was really hard work to keep having to chase them constantly and has left me feeling exhausted. I would not recommend this company and feel disappointed with the whole service.

As you have noted; we both successful let and successful sold your property. In doing so, we were pleased to achieve a sale price in excess of the guide price agreed with yourself. We must acknowledge that we found our business relationship dealings with yourself challenging throughout but, as an agent, we cannot be made responsible for decisions made by tenants and the wider economic climate which includes the housing market. However, we are surprised to read the contents of this review which we feel is not a true reflection of our services, our staff or our business practises. We managed your property for 16 months, before you asked us to sell the property on your behalf. During which time, we never received a written complaint about our services. If you had any concerns during our property management, your desire to allow us to manage it for so long and then decision to instruct us to sell the property on your behalf only adds to our surprise. As you are aware, our lettings and sales contracts state that if you are unhappy with our services at any point, you retained the option to dis-instruct; which you chose not to do at any point. As a business, we pride ourselves on client customer service and would like to reassure you and all of our ongoing clients that this remains an ongoing commitment. If we can help again, we'd be only to happy to help. Wishing you all the very best.

GoogleMoving house is never easy but from start to finish the service provided by Phil, Chloe and Ryan was truly outstanding. The photos and 3D tour showed our home at its very best. We had a frustrating delay further down the chain before contracts were exchanged but they pushed things along and kept us informed of what was happening.

Arranged a viewing in Bristol, drove an hour to view the property, after waiting outside for agent for a while I called to find out that the agent in charge of my viewing was not around and there was nobody else available today. They told me they couldn't rearrange the viewing because they were fully booked. Another case of being messed around by people who think they can do what they like.

The process of selling our house was a long process, with lots of ups and downs, and all the way through Greenwoods were incredibly professional, patient, kind and helpful. GoogleHaving rented a property through them for 14 months I have received a poor service throughout. Upon moving out despite the inspection results being described as "Overall, the property was left in a good condition and consistent with the condition at the time of the inventory" the owner has refused to engage with returning the deposit and my refunds have not been returned 20 days later. To get the legal process started I am now required to see a solicitor to witness a declaration at my own expense and will have to wait at least another 14 days before any money is returned to me. The issues experiences over the tenancy included: - White goods not working (stove, dish washer) - Electrics being shorted out by the shower unit - Drainage not working - Damp throughout the house and a refusal from the owner to purchase a dehumidifier which led to mouldy clothes - Being left without a shower for over a week when it broke as the handyman was away

We have just completed our house purchase and we wouldn't have been able to do it without Pete's advice and calm manner throughout the process, as well as Ryan, whom both have been very helpful with arranging all the viewings. Both always on time and patient with us. We had to liaise often with the sellers and Pete did so in a very professional manner, ensuring he was fair to both sides and also helping us all achieve a win-win situation. Will highly recommend their service.

I have just had to report this company to the ICO for refusing my data access request. Avoid at all costs as they do not seem to understand the rules of GDPR. Very rude staff also. They don't understand GDPR rules and have no want to learn. Was told I am no longer allowed to phone them and they would refuse my GDPR access request.

GoogleWe took out a property with Greenwood’s knowle branch. We been miss old saying the rent includes white goods and when we moved the house there is no white goods they took a week to comeback saying it is their fault. The real pain starts when you want to leave the property they Will not refund your deposit back by taking landlords name and they provide invoices with the correct amount of deposit. The worst part is their staff is rude especially (Lisa Pearson) my husband phoned and informed we are expecting an important letter from nhs regarding our newly born and they said yes you can go and collect any letters they are people in working. When I went their to collect my letters the man who is in did not allow us and informed he is doing inventory on the property I called Greenwood’s regarding the same and this Lisa Pearson why did you go to the property? Who asked you to go and you are not supposed to go and knock the door ( insane no law says collecting letters from old house is crime) she spoke to me as if Iam doing an unlawful thing. I explained my situation to her she said call the landlord and ask if you have received any letters or else he or she would have been binned. No service after you vacate the property and all the letters been thrown. My husband called and spoke to the manager about the staff behaviour he informed to write in an email which my husband sent, he came back saying Miss. Lisa Pearson acted professionally and she said the best to help me. Fraudsters and rude to the customers please avoid Greenwood’s and please make sure you receive your deposit

We have experienced a lengthy sale of nearly 10 months, which was a little frustrating although no real fault of Greenwoods. However, throughout the experience our sales progressor communicated regularly and efficiently with us, keeping us fully up to date with any developments, and indeed any shortcomings in developments! Marketing seemed good, and they were happy to alter some photos at our request. Their initial valuation of the property was a little optimistic, and Greenwoods had the decency to admit this.All in all, Yes, we'd definitely recommend them !!
