GoogleRachael was very helpful and proactive in communicating with me throughout the process of organising my tenancy. This made the process convenient as possible. Would recommend and use again in the future.

FacebookTerrible and incompetent company poor communication they allowed rent arrears to build up at my property without telling me wouldnt provide monthly statements. The arrears got so bad I had to take the tenant to court.They told me they would apply for a bailif to remove the tenant. Then I heard nothing! I had to contact the office to find out what was happening. They will not take care of your property the owner Craig Campbell has never emailed to apologize for the poor service This also happened to someone else I know who also lost lots of rental money

GoogleArranged a viewing for which my partner took time out of her work day to attend at 5.30pm, bloke did not turn up at all, reason being 'sorry running late'. After twelve years of dealing with estate agents in London, this does zero to improve the image I have been forced by the behaviours of estate agents and agencies to build up around this industry of individuals who give the appearance of caring very little for prospective clients and, in some cases, actual clients. Do not make your inability to manage your time professionally the problem of strangers.

GoogleMake sure you read all documents before you put down a deposit and sign as they're quick to keep your money if you don't have all of your documentation Whithin 5 days most of these agencies are scams if they're agency fee isn't refundable. I gave them my documentation except for one that was late due to it not being in my name so had to wait for roommate to download recent utility bill. Supposedly they only give you your refund back if landlord refuses application for what ever reason

GoogleIf you are looking for an estate agents who will work hard to find you a home this is the place. They are honest in what they offer and straight to the point in what they require. I do not fit most estate agents requirements, as I had a bad credit history but with Martin Brookes their ethos is very much, where there is a will there is a way. I am most grateful to Stephen and all the team for taking the stress out of getting me somewhere to live and will be forever grateful. Give them a try I promise you won't be dissatisfied.

GoogleI use a number of estate agents in different parts of the country and rank Martin Brookes' service as being right up there with the best I've experienced, so far. The team delivers a great, all round professional service and they are very knowledgeable of the local area. This in-turn means they satisfy my needs brilliantly, as a landlord. Lola, who tends to deal with my properties, is exceptionally pro-active in making sure tenancy matters are dealt with on time and she keeps me up-to-date on the issues that are important to me. Well done, guys. I appreciate your service.
