GoogleExtremely happy with the quality of service I received from Martin Brookes. They were able to find tenants to rent my house within a week!! prior to it being on the market with other agents for months. The communication was excellent and they kept me up to date during the whole process. Very professional team who are attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend them to landlords/tenants.

GoogleI am a support worker and I help clients who have been in supported accommodation move on to their own private rented accommodation if they are ready to. I found working with Martin Brookes a breath of fresh air. They were understanding and accommodating and I feel they really respect people on DSS the same way as everyone else which is a delightful change. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

GoogleGangster business. They take your money, do not deliver and try all the tricks in the book to avoid paying back. No wonder in the words of one of their estate agents they had 'fallen out with the landlord' of a property they took my money on. Awful people - need to be shut down as clearly don't understand how to run a business with strategic relationships. Donuts!
