GoogleMartin Brookes- I don’t want to praise this company by sounding to cheesy but they are second to none ! The professionalism, understanding my needs, communication, going above and beyond, reassuring, accommodating…. Need I go on ! As a landlord it can be daunting renting a property to someone you don’t know, but with these guys they sort suitable tenants as though they are renting for themselves. (They should of been a dating agency 😝) Finding you the perfect match. Thank you guys for making the experience smooth sailing, I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends, so I will be expecting commission 🧐 Well done team keep up the good work !

GoogleI am very happy with Martin Brooks. My perspective tenants caught Covid 19. I got in touch with Sean at Martin Brooks who advice me that he had good tenants on his books that could move in almost straight away.. He was able to show them my property asap vet them and he gave me choices. He was brilliant. I am also asking them to manage my property. Sean as a very professional approach. I will let them handle my other property as well.
