She has been a massive help even through the most difficult times when looking for a property. Rachael has supported my family for the past few months and i would to say a huge thank you. GoogleOut of all the Estate agents i tried, Martin Brookes for me was the best. The agent that was working with me was very friendly, professional, helpful and polite. He is very easy to talk to and when needed i can also contact him for information on properties or other things and he will always get back to my missed calls. In my now property Jordan was really on the ball in arranging viewing and meet and greet etc with the landlord. Yes i am satisfied with the support and help i have received from Martin Brookes, and thanks to that well presented young man still helping me with things, keep up the good work Jordan thanks for all your help :)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleIf you are looking for an experienced, personable, transparent and skilled professional it has to be Rachael at Martin Brookes. Rachael made, what can be such a stressful process,so easy and her communication is beyond what you would expect, to the point that you feel she goes over and beyond any expectations.Rachael talked me through the process, tackled any barriers and spoke to me on a level throughout. She is a definitely an individual that exudes passion for her job and people, accessible, knowledgeable and determined to make all parties happy in the process. Thank you so much Rachael, you have been a real blessing and an expert at what you do so well. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to allow such a skilled individual and firm, assist them in what can be such a mammoth step in most people’s lives.

GoogleI've been dealing with Martin Brookes for a number of years now and every time they've manage to find me the perfect tenants and their fees are very reasonable. They have a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism for their clients especially Ian Walters who willing attended a meeting with me and some of my tenants one evening to resolve some issues. I couldn't recommend them enough and I look forward to carrying on doing business with them in the future.

They went out of their way to help us with a request that wasn't usually the norm! They were relentless and committed in their persistence - nothing was too much trouble - of helping us to find exactly what we were looking for (we were very specific in our requirements). They even gave impartial advice and guidance to help us secure the right deal. Their dedication to our cause will cause them to reap a bountiful harvest as Estate Agents for many years to come, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy, sell or rent. GoogleHave had a wonderful experience with Martin Brookes Estate Agents, First time I have used them. They have been so attentive and found me a property that matches my requirements. I dealt with Rachael Bonnefemme Who was my Senior Property Consultant, she was AMAZING I ALWAYS WAS KEPT UPDATED ON PROPERTIES THAT COME UP ON THE MARKET. Unlike a few agents in the north London area never seem to have any stock or I don't get updated atall on what comes on the market. However at MARTIN BROOKES the staff are lovely and made my move in stress free. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND GIVE THEM MORE THEN 5* IF I COULD.

GoogleRachael was a great help in finding my current home, she asks many questions to which would help into finding my flat very quickly. She's so lovely and I felt very comfortable with finding a place that was perfect for me. She's a great help and so was the company, before I went to Martin Brooke's it was so stressful but after going to them and having Rachael's help made the experience run smoothly would defiantly recommend the company.

GoogleAmazing service from Sean Nazare and the team. Helped my partner and I move into the property we really wanted and supported us all the way. Fulfilled all our requests before we moved in and we couldn't be happier! Also, easy to speak to and honest - Sean was transparent about property law and I did not feel like I was being cheated as was the case with previous estate agents.

GoogleRachael is wonderful, the service has been amazing, it has been so stressful trying to find somewhere but she has always kept in contact with me consistently trying to find what was suitable for me and I now have the keys to my new three bedroom house!!! GoogleCommunication and quality of service is appalling I was not told about my tenant being in arrears by a substantial amount. I don't receive monthly statements Do not use this company if you want your property taken care of I have added some pictures of how my property looked and it was only because pictures were sent to me by someone else that I got to know about this mess.. These are pictures of my house after the tenant left Martin Brookes told me I am responsible for removing anything the tenant left behind. They dont keep a security deposit and I had no report sent to me at the end of this terrible tenancy. I had to get another company to change the locks because this company had been so incompetent. These pictures were sent to me by someone else not Brookes!!!
Dear Miss Pope, we have been managing your property for over 10 years and this is the first time we have had a problem with the tenants we have provided in respect of communication and arrears. We endeavour to find the best tenants but occasionally for one reason or another things do not always go to plan. I agree that the communication on our part can and should have been better. We sincerely do apologise and again request a contact number for you in the United States so we can speak directly as emails do not always present the right tone.

GoogleI recently used Martin Brookes service to let out a one bed flat. Sean has been wonderful and efficient with good support from back office. Working together, they found a resident who found an ideal home very quickly. The only thing I would say is that it would need to make very clear when there is a 20% VAT on top of the introduction service charge.
