GoogleMartin Brookes have been great letting agents. The property was well managed from beginning to end, and in particular the admin team have managed the check out process well in difficult circumstances. Very friendly and patient team!

GoogleVery helpful. Quick and efficient. Took time to find me a suitable home for me and my family.very fast and took time out to help with each step along with the landlord. Was very please with the service and hopefully I won't but if I do would use them again.

GoogleI would like to applude the service given to me and my husband by Miss Lola. She perfectly explained the procedures that would follow after the purchase of the house. She also carried a radiant smile with her which made things easier to ask loads of questions.

GoogleSelling your house really can be an ordeal. One of the most stressful times was made so much easier by the hand holding MB did throughout the process. We won’t be selling again for a while but when we do we’ll be using Martin Brookes.
