At Ellis & Co we're proud to have been serving the Tottenham area for 25 years, offering a wide range of properties for sale and to rent in Tottenham as well as Harringay and Stamford Hill. Franchise owner Azid Sohoye has worked in the property industry in Tottenham for over two decades and is a member of both NAEA and ARLA. Our main areas of business are residential sales, lettings and property management, and we have recently had heavy involvement with a number of new developments in the Tottenham area, namely Hale Village, Prowse Court and Lawrence Square. I have used the Ellis and Co on West Green Road three times. Each time they have got me very good, suitable tenants for my property. They were always very courteous, helpful and reliable. Ellis's fee of three weeks' rent for finding and vetting tenants I consider reasonable, in contrast to other agencies that charge an ongoing fee, irrespective of the length of the letting period. I would rate them as excellent except for a misunderstanding regarding the taking of an inventory with my latest tenants. I would like to rate them "very good" rather than just "good".

We have now resolved this by switching to a new inventory company and have a 2 day turn around from them. The most appalling service imaginable. We had the unpleasant experience of renting a property through Ellis and Co Tottenham - a property we would never have rented if we were not deceived by Noora in the first place. We were told that scaffolding would only be present on the building for 3 months, which we later found out had always been scheduled to take over 2 years.

I’m not sure who’s fabricating their top scores on Google review, but trip advisor and this site shows their customer service is more systemic and accurate with my own experience. I found them to be sluggish and inconsiderate, they could have been more thoughtful that making me dance around their tune and waste time.

Tottenham branch is managed by Azid, who is toxic and extremely rude. I would not recommend using their services because of him. The rest of the staff are lovely. Ellis and Co also dont have an acceptable complaints policy either.
