GoogleHilary Hook is very personable, always gets back to you and was instrumental in progressing the purchase of our property. The sale took almost 11 months from start to finish as the sale twice fell through . Exchange of contracts was proving problematic but Hilary facilitated by keeping to the task and liaising with all the parties in the chain. Overall Hilary did an exceptional job and is a credit to Stags.

GoogleWe have just completed the sale on our new home bought through Stags. It has been very stressful but through no fault of the agents. Jon has gone way above what is expected of an agent, always being professional, friendly, courtesy and super helpful. The issues were with the sellers solicitor and Jon did all he could to help and get answers. Everyone we encountered was polite and a credit to Stags, especially Hannah. We hope to live in our new home for many, many years but will definitely contact Stags when we move on.

GoogleOn our initial visit to the Totnes office we received a warm and friendly welcome. Subsequent contact was conducted mainly online due to the remoteness of our location. Over the past few months we dealt mainly with Imogen and Luke who were professional and dealt with our queries swiftly and maintained good contact. The telephone is answered promptly and reception staff direct callers to the requested person correctly. Overall a very professional, friendly office. Well done !

GoogleFive out of five for Lauren Anthony who I understand is relatively new at Totnes Stags. She was instrumental in helping me buy one property and sell another. Great at keeping me informed what everyone was doing (ie. solicitors/surveyors etc) and very persistent in everything. Also must praise the immense practicality of Sally who accompanies viewers. She was so helpful in working out what "pipes" did what when trying to understand water and heating system on a visit to the property I purchased. If you are buying or selling through Stags, I thoroughly recommend Lauren and Sally to help you through the process.
