GoogleTheir assistance is really poor. My partner and I have been looking for a rental place. We sent the request and then we filled out the briefing history. After that no a call no a message from them. I sent to them the request to viewing couple of property on the 11.08.22. I also called them and the lady over the phone say that she received the briefing history and she will have a look to it. 1 week after I am still waiting for a answer. This behaviour you do no found with others agency. Bradley or others agency seems interested to theirs job and they try to make their best to get you to viewing the property. Assolute Agency Do not contact them they will waste your time!

Dear Francesca,
There is a record demand for rental properties, we receive in excess of 50 enquiries for most properties we advertise and can only book viewings for 4-6 potential tenants at a time.
If you are not successful in being in that initial group we simply don’t have the time to call back the other 40 applicants as we then have to switch our focus on the next property that our landlords have employed us to let.
If the first block viewing does not result in us finding a suitable tenant we then contact another 4-6 people and continue to do so until we secure a tenant.
We have an extra staff member starting with us at the end of the month to help us with the demand but with a lack of rental properties across the market generally it shows no sign of easing.
Those agents with more time to call everyone back may well have less properties available to rent, according to Rightmove stats we let the most properties in Torbay each year.
It is always disappointing when someone who has not actually been a client of ours reviews us negatively purely because demand is so high.

GoogleThis is just below any level. The only answer I get is that there is few people booked and they will get back to me regardin any viewing. They never did. Only today wanted to view another property which been listed today and again I have been told that its too early for viewing and they will get back to me ( doubt it) On the top of that one of the girl working in the office disconected the call without saying anything. The worst place, the worst service provided by any estate agency I know. I feel sorry for the estate agency owners as that’s the best way to ruin their business.This girl shouldn’t work at this place..Very Low level...I would never recomend this Company to anyone...

GoogleI contacted the team to enquire about my sister who is on benefits (due to ill health) and was told all 3 bed houses which were advertised would not be available to us. This was done without respect and I feel they could have offered to call landlords and try to find a suitable place. I felt upset at the blatant stigma displayed. We do not discriminate against tenants claiming housing benefit, we do of course expect all tenants to pass our referencing however usually a suitable guarantor will suffice if benefits are being claimed. There is no lack of respect for people who are on benefits and we do not believe any stigma would have been displayed.
We do not currently have any available 3 bed houses. We also do not call landlords to ask them questions we have already asked them, we have detailed conversations with our landlord prior to marketing and as lettings is a fast paced environment it is simply not possible to call the landlords each time we have a similar enquiry.
As an example, we launched a 3 bedroom house last week and had over 20 viewing enquiries in one day and booked 6 in for a COVID-19 safe 'block' style viewing. We continued to get another 30+ enquiries until the viewing took place a couple of days later. 4 out of the 6 viewers wanted to take it and would all have been acceptable to the landlord. We have been providing PPE for free for all viewers and asking them to donate to NHS Charities in lieu of us charging for them.
We are still not back to full strength as some of our team members remained furloughed due to childcare issues, but we have taken on 2 new employees to try and help with the amazing number of calls and emails we are receiving every day.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you directly as I am sure it is simply a misunderstanding.

The person I met at there office could not help and took my details for someone to contact me. Still no contact a week later. I guess with most badly run companies they will blame Covid. I will stay well clear of this company if I decide to put my property on the market.

However, despite the difficulties, Frank managed to take a philosophical view and handled everything very professionally.
