GoogleKeep away from this estate agent if you are a buyer. I never liked estate agents specially when they show you around the property as they don't know the answers to 95% of the questions when you ask. Please stop ringing me on my phone (you have no consent use my mobile number)as I am not threatened by you Torquay branch.

FacebookAppalling communications through out the rental of my property. They also sanctioned work to go ahead on my house without my approval or permission, and had the audacity to invoice me. Rather than except their mistake they have refused to settle the bill with the contractor and are still chasing me. All landlords avoid !

Hi Linda, We do have policies in place to try and assist people in your situation including paying rent up front or using savings to help with your affordability to pass our referencing requirements. We have to look at the situation beyond the initial 6 months for our landlords as well and often will consider a guarantor to assist with this.
