The Sales team at Absolute are nothing shy of brilliant! Nicola, Rachael and the team are friendly, professional and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process of us purchasing our first home! Nothing was too much to ask, none of my questions went unanswered and all of my requests were received without any issue! I can honestly say, after months of searching for a house and with multiple viewing with other estate agents at other properties- I really do think that all things came together perfectly in the end! Thank you will never be enough! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

From start to finish we have been very impressed with the service offered from Absolute, we were lucky enough to both sell and buy through them. We compared a fair few agents and were left underwhelmed, it’s a really important decision to get your property marketed correctly for most impact. We were recommend by a friend to have a chat with Absolute and I very much liked the direct no nonsense approach from Darren who was professional, friendly, quick and efficient. From our first meeting with Darren the property was on the market within days. The Absolute team in Torquay have been incredible with the sale of my property. It is difficult to say how highly we regard the service of Frank at Absolute Sales without sounding like a friend or relative. From our first call and making the appointment to see the property Frank was really excelent. As we are from outside the area and were driving down to see this truely unique property, it was invaluable to have his knowledge and assistance. All they way through the transaction, from offer and right through to completion we have been able to request further help and Frank has been truely outstanding. So in conclusion if you are thinking of selling in the areas covered by Absolute you can rest assured they will do everything to sell your property even to people who live 200+ miles away and if you are a buyer/landlord/tenant we cannot recommend them more!

Gave sound advice on how to make the best of our property in readiness for sale without going over the top and the particulars were well collated for people to get a realistic view of our house. Their 3D service enabled people to browse and ensured that when viewings happened they were really interested and saved a lot of time weeding out the drive by viewings .
