TrustpilotOur sale was in safe hands!
Deborah and the team have been brilliant from the moment we spoke to them right up until the completion of the house. We were outside of the area and had to sell remotely during the pandemic. They handled everything smoothly and with COVID safety in mind. We cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and warmness.

GoogleBrackets of Tonbridge handled the sale of our mothers home well , they showed prospective buyers around her empty property & corresponded with me (as I was acting on behalf of my mother) well through out the sale , & onto a successful sale of her property .
Fantastic. Thank you for the review. We appreciate you taking the time to write this. We wish you all the best for thr future.

GoogleAfter a negative experience with Bracketts nearly 9 years ago, I was adamant I wouldn't use them again but following a really great initial meeting with Matt who was both apologetic about the previous business without bad-mouthing his predecessor, I was happy to give them a try. They agreed to match a competitor's fee and from then on, everyone we dealt with at Bracketts; Nick, Jamie, Lucy, Brian and of course Janice, was just lovely. Professional yet very personable. Communication was excellent throughout our purchase and sale, often filling in the gaps we had from our solicitors. They worked hard to sell our house quickly and enabled us to complete before the SDRT holiday ended. Really lovely team!

TrustpilotHelpful and knowledgeable
I’m searching for a property so I’m speaking to a lot of agents but Ibbetts responded really quickly gave great insight into the property and the area. I’m not a great ‘reviewer’ but was impressed so hence this endorsement. Given my experience as a homebuyer I would most definitely sell through them.
Thanks for your kind words Will. That is really good to hear. We hope you have managed to find a property now and had a good purchasing experience.

They created an attractive and honest property listing, communicated with us regularly at all stages of the sales process and managed to keep a complex transaction on track even in these challenging times. A special mention has to go to Janice, the sales progressor, whose experience and tenacity are invaluable. Thank you to everyone at Bracketts!

GoogleWe listed our property with Bracketts late in 2020. Having had assessments from a variety of agents, all of whom were impressive, Matt at Bracketts was our last appointment of the day. His energy and professionalism, the depth of knowledge, and the positivity and preparedness of his pack made him our clear choice. Our properties have sold, during a pandemic, and each and every step of the way, the entire Bracketts team have been professional, approachable, helpful and truly lovely to deal with. We cannot recommend them highly enough, nor express our gratitude to them for the way they accompanied us throughout the process.
