Alfie has kept in touch with us on a regular basis and taken us through each step with a very professional and friendly manner, helping us to feel supported and informed the whole time. We are so grateful to Alfie and the team for assisting us during what had turned into a difficult and stressful situation. However, the moment we spoke with Brackets, Alfie’s calm, friendly and supportive attitude reminded us that it didn’t need to be so stressful and that we just needed someone knowledgeable and patient to assist us through the process which is exactly what he did perfectly. Our property was outside of Tonbridge area, but Matt was still confident he could sell our house. Jamie and the team were absolutely fantastic during the purchase of our new home. Having used Jamie at Bracketts previously for also selling a property for me, he and the team exceeded expectations again. The team are always friendly, responsive and professional. Nick who initially showed us the house was professional, helpful and informative. Lucy was always extremely helpful and polite during some potentially difficult conversations with us, really softening the blow! Jamie is one of the most fantastic negotiators working hard for his client but also supporting the buyer in the process. The friendly staff at Bracketts kept us well informed and made helpful suggestions during the ups-and-downs of a fairly typical property sale. It took a long time, but the housing market has been pretty stagnant over the last couple of years, so I am just pleased that we all got it over the line. It was a "remote" sale, as the property had been left in a will, but that did not seem to be a significant issue with all the usual means to communicate online as well as by phone used as appropriate. Initially we were very impressed, the sales team were enthusiastic and helpful, ensured we received feedback from viewings promptly and managed to find buyers in what was a very difficult market. However, we were less than impressed by the progressions department, we felt we were left dangling for several weeks at a time without any news and important information about the condition of the chain was not passed on as quickly or as accurately as we would have hoped.
