GoogleWe have just completed our sale which took longer than usual due to the lockdown. We wanted to write this review to express our gratitude to the great team at Bracketts in Tonbridge. Janice in particular was fantastic right the way through this transaction. Nothing was every too much trouble and she kept us updated on a daily basis. Jamie was also fantastic and again nothing was too much trouble and he was there throughout the whole process and lockdown reassuring us. We wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you guys, your a real asset to a great team and we would have no trouble highly recommending Bracketts of Tonbridge. Regards Amanda & Barry Regelous

GoogleWe totally recommend Bracketts in Tonbridge. From our first inquiry through to final completion on our house sale, we were extremely impressed with Matthew, Jamie, Janice and the team at Tonbridge. They always demonstrated a refreshing ‘can-do’ attitude and we always trusted them to crack on and deal with everything. A special mention to Janice. In her role as ‘sales progressor’ Janice was fantastic. The way she managed to investigate, untangle and report on the progress of conveyancing activities, even under pandemic restrictions, was highly valued. We have already recommended Bracketts to other people.

GoogleI recently completed the sale of my house through Bracketts in Tonbridge, and was extremely happy and impressed with the whole service provided. I can not recommend them highly enough. Matthew and his whole team are fantastic. I had the previous year been with another local agent who didn't even get one offer. Bracketts created an attractive and honest property listing, even the photo's were better and more attractive and really showed my house off at its best. Jamie and Brian were always friendly professional and above all enthusiastic in the viewings. It took a few frogs to find the right buyer but they achieved it and got a realistic price which is all I wanted. Special thanks to Janice, the sales progressor, whose experience, professionalism and patience is above all invaluable. Thank you to everyone at Bracketts from a very grateful client. Debra Brindle.

GoogleUpdate: a partner at Bracketts contacted us to discuss these concerns - which is good. We can only hope they take our comments onboard. They did point out that their other reviews here are all good, but really - how …

GoogleI have never dealt with such an un-helpful, un-professional letting agent, their attitude as individuals and as a company is nothing short of appalling. There has been no proactive approach and no one willing to help, own or resolve any issues. They have an inability to return calls provide updates which should be the simplest tasks? I have rented properties for over 10 years and would safely say I would never, ever deal with Bracketts again. From minute one of the tenancy to getting the deposit returned as been an ordeal. . It's a shame I have to give them 1 star because they do not deserve that.

GoogleWe are new to Tonbridge and have found Brackets incredibly helpful with giving us local advice. Unfortunately we had to deal with another local agent previously who were awful, luckily the house we were looking to purchase was with Brackets. With each step of the purchase they have been very supportive and informative. So far I have dealt with Jamie, James and Janice and could not recommend this friendly, professional and proactive agency more highly. If we ever have to sell a property in Tonbridge I will be using Bracketts.

GoogleJamie took the time to understand the location and attributes that I needed in my new home. When such a house came to market, Jamie moved quickly to arrange a viewing and agree my purchase price with the seller. I was then impressed by Janice, the Sale Progressor, who displayed enthusiasm and stamina to move both my purchase and the other members in the chain forward to exchange of contracts. The whole process felt like I had my own personal estate agent. Thoroughly recommended. Regards
Jamie is a real assett to our company and we appreciate your comments.

GoogleFrom start to finish the experience with dealing with Bracketts was smooth and without problems. They were recommended by word of mouth an delived exceptional service. What was a difficult time for me, Bracketts took this on board and made my experience very good. They were understanding to both myself and the buyers. Highly recommended, as an agent that was professional and not "pushy" in any way.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your experience with us and we would love to have you back soon!

TrustpilotProfessional and helpful service.
I cannot rate Ibbett Mosley’s West Malling office highly enough. Deborah and Jules were extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. They were working under very difficult conditions because of Covid 19 and the March 31st stamp duty deadline. However, they achieved a very good price for my property and offered great service throughout. I will definitely use them for any future property transactions.

This can sometimes be a difficult and stressful process but the team in Tonbridge perform the tasks with calm good humour and understood all my requirements. I would like to especially like to mention and thank Ruth & Janice for their kind assistance. Phil

GoogleA great team who assisted me in every step on the way to a successful house sale. They even drove along the sale stepping in to speed up things when the solicitors were dragging their heels. Highly recommended.
