An extremely professional and personable service from Village Properties regarding the sale of our home. All of the members of staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process. Although there were delays in the sale of our property - through no fault of their own - they communicated very well with us, our purchasers and our legal representatives to ensure all parties were kept up-to-date and informed of progress. When needed Village Properties were immediately responsive in providing documentation to a third party, and as a direct result, minimised any potential delay. So after putting in offer for our dream house back in October 2017, me and my family finally completed on 25th January 2019. Over Christmas (and during lockdown) they efficiently arranged for the broken carbon monoxide alarm to be replaced and liaised with numerous contractors and police to address damage that had been caused to the property.
