GoogleThe best estate agents in the area I’ve never experienced anything as good and as efficient village properties. We are renting and have been for 14 years. Most estate agents we have dealt with are slow in responding quite rude and never get things dealt with for weeks Beth in rentals is an absolute dream. She’s kind friendly super super efficient. Our move was very quick everything was acted on quicker than I’ve ever had before. Not one hiccup. Anything I need she’s right there. Village properties I can’t thank you enough you’ve taken all my worries and stress with my move away. You are super stars. ⭐️

GoogleAvoid Village Properties at all costs!!! The service from the Village Properties Sales Team is absolutely horrible!! Village Properties was very quick to reject the offer in 30 min with email communication. they give you false hopes of buying process. I completely understand that it's not entirely up to the agency for rejection or acceptance but in this case they were to blame as they kept my last offer for nearly one month , and then said, I will be the first one to receive call from agency , if any response comes from Owner. I did not get any rejection call or email. when I chased village properties then found that property status is SOLD STC..I had experience with Haslam in the past and they were very very professional and kept transparency with buyers . If you are a serious buyer then avoid Village property and save your valuable time… you wont get anything apart from weird excuses from this Agency.

GoogleThis is probably the worse place to rent from these people are Bully's especially nikki gardner we moved into a flat at branagh court and the flooring was ruined when we moved in and the bath panel had a crack in it when we moved in and we asked numerous times if we could change the flooring and they said no unless it's the like for like, and then when it came to the end of our tenancy and me and my partner went to move out they turned into unprofessional bullys DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE !!! I dont understand why they have some many fake reviews on here they also lied to the new estate agents saying we missed loads of payments which we proved to the new estate agents that they were lying and then had the cheek to message my partner do you still want to move outNegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
