GoogleI had an outstanding experience selling my house with this estate agent specialy with Hannah Tobias-Gibbins . From the first valuation to completion, they were professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Their communication was excellent--always quick to respond and happy to explain each step. They marketed the property brilliantly and secured a strong offer within few weeks. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Highly recommended..

TrustpilotLooking to the future
After much research, mostly podcasts and interviews on You Tube, we decided to ask MP Estates to help us. We work hard all our lives to acquire assets, like our home, and we knew we wanted to protect this for our sons. We are still working and wanted to get things put in place earlier rather than leaving it till we are too old to do anything about it. We feel a great sense of relief now we have everything in place. We have had easy zoom talks with Charles Quist, Maya, and Haydee. They have made us feel comfortable every step of the way and have made everything easy to understand when it comes to death and taxes. We are now encouraging my father in law, who’s in his eighties, to do the same.

GoogleM&P estate agency is a family run business who are professional, caring, and have such great customer service skills. My estate agent was Hannah who went above and beyond to ensure the sale of my property went through and provided reassurance along the whole way. I would highly recommend this estate agency to anyone, as they provide a much better service then the likes of your main stream estate agencies.

GoogleM&P are not your “typical” estate agents, there is no hard sell, they are open, honest and reliable. From putting the house on the market, handling the viewings and negotiating on our behalf they were professional, communicative and treated us as individuals, not just vendors. Victoria and Hannah are amazing individuals and I cannot recommend them enough! GoogleI went for a viewing Friday, was told that I would be sent a form to register my interest the following week, called on Monday to find out what was happening as I hadn't heard anything and was told the agent was on leave and I would get a call back tomorrow regarding my interest in the property. I call the next day and was told the property had been offered to another applicant. I wasn't even given the opportunity to express an interest in this property to the agent dealing (properties at that price and location do NOT get posted regularly despite what I was told). Unfair and a waste of my time. I did not receive any forms or calls from the agent as promised.

I felt well looked after and heard during my process. It’s just unfortunate that I had to pull out from the purchase process due to unforeseenable circumstances. GoogleAmazing if they need you to rent or buy but dont even bother about repairs- takes them ages with no communication. I am pregnant and have a daughter and yet i have been left with no heating for over 5days and counting. No communication!!! Amazing to get a response from the owner finally after a call yesterday stating he himself had to wait 10days to get his boiler fixed like that was any consolation. Please providr proof all the contacts as stated. Very unprofessional - what are these repairs please?stating repairs were done which you were aware of before i moved in that took over a year to do. Please provide timeline. Even my contract and inventory had all the so called repairs needed on them. You only have these to say because i have been stupidly understanding. 6days and counting- Gas man is coming to see a fault you have been aware of since 2020 and are still yet to fix. Unlike you i have proof to upload of needed. Trust piolot has many genuine reviews of your company... i am not the only who is disappointed. Instead of attacking me fix the problem.

The heating engineer left three messages (day 1) & (2 day) for you, and our Fixflo maintenance system shows that you were also given his number 2. The heating engineer came to your property on Saturday (day 3 ) as he was in the area to see if you were home and left a card to say that he was in the area. 3. My officials spoke to you three times yesterday, and it is arranged for the engineer to attend today between 11.30 and 12.30 with keys as you are not going to be home I have checked our maintenance records, and you have had six maintenance jobs dealt with in the last 12 months. So to say that we do not deal with repairs or communicate with you is unfounded If you would like to discuss this issue further, please do not hesitate to contact me Kind regards Paul Tobias-Gibbins Thank you for your further response which has been noted. 1. I was not attacking you in any way. just pointing out that we had been in communication with you and we had carried out repairs to the property in the 14 months that you have been in the property.
