As a first time buyer I have had nothing but good service from MP Estates from the beginning. Very clear and transparent from the beginning till the end. We had some difficulties with the lender and delays with COVID which caused some delays but through it all they made me feel reassured and clear on everything that was happening. Very good with communication and chasing solicitors as well.

Brilliant estate agents, full of great people and highly knowledgeable. As I bought my house during the height of the pandemic, M&P Estates made sure I was being kept in the continuous loop for information that may have affected my purchase, but thanks to the fine people of M&P Estates it was a completely stress free wait to finally move into our new home. Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Our offer was accepted and confirmed. As soon as we paid the solicitors which was recommended by the M&P agency, I got a letter saying that it was another buyer in a mix and seller no longer wish to proceed with us. I couldn't believe that they have accepted two offers at the same time. No call back from the agency. Totally unprofessional. We have wasted time, money and hope.
