GoogleBrilliant estate agents, full of great people and highly knowledgeable. As I bought my house during the height of the pandemic, M&P Estates made sure I was being kept in the continuous loop for information that may have affected my purchase, but thanks to the fine people of M&P Estates it was a completely stress free wait to finally move into our new home. I must mention the brilliant Zoe, who was available every time to answer all my queries, not only was she really kind and polite but she was really honest with her advice and made sure we did not give up any hopes to finally buy our first ever home.

TrustpilotVery bad experience
Very bad experience. Our offer was accepted and confirmed. As soon as we paid the solicitors which was recommended by the M&P agency, I got a letter saying that it was another buyer in a mix and seller no longer wish to proceed with us. I couldn't believe that they have accepted two offers at the same time. No call back from the agency. Totally unprofessional. We have wasted time, money and hope.

Rachel and Paul were really professional and helpful in helping us sell our flat. Rachel was super quick with her responses and the commission they charged was really low. Highly recommended.

GoogleAfter 38yrs we decided to move i was apprehensive with all the scare stories of long chains and people pulling out, but M& P found our first time buyers as we requested they advised us how to proceed with only 1 wobble which they helped sort out then in no time at all 8 weeks we were in our new home. Thankyou Paul, William and Rachel for your help and our smooth transition.

TrustpilotValuation on property at Stifford Road
Paul came to my property at very short notice and was able to carryout a thorough examination of the property in order to get it ready for renting on the open market. A good honest estate agent that does exactly what it says on the tin, 10 out of 10.

GoogleI have used M & P several times to sell and let properties and have found them to be helpful, professional and successful in finding clients. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to buy, sell, let or rent a property. The staff go that extra mile to keep you updated and assist both clients and legal representation in reaching a satisfactory conclusion. Thanks again for your help.
