GoogleI dealt with Chafford Hundred branch and in particular Louisa and Lydia, who were both excellent. My flat got 3 offers and sold in 2 weeks . They were always there to assist and guide you along the way. I got 3 quotes from agencies in the area but I am glad with the choice that i made and wouldn't hesitate to use them againPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleReally helpful at Bairstow Eves Chafford Hundred. I brought my first property with them and forgot to take the water and electricity readings on the day I moved in. They were helpful enough to contact the seller to check the readings that the seller took when she left. It’s the small things that make this branch special. GoogleHave been using this office to rent out my flat without issue for a few years. When the time came to sell the property , Scott and his team were professional and helpful from start to finish. They managed to market, carry out viewings and get me a buyer before my tenant had even left. I can't thank them and the lettings team enough.

GoogleFriendly, accommodating and understanding I cannot fault the customer service that I received throughout the entire renting process at Bairstow Eves. Unfortunately due to a change in circumstances I was unable to follow through with a potential property to rent but the staff, particularly Nick, were so understanding of the situation and I cannot thank them enough! GoogleHaving been out of the renting market for 15 years I was worried and a bit stressed about what steps to take now that I needed to find a new place to rent.I found a new letting agents, Bairstow Eves in Chafford Hundred and as soon as I walked into the branch I felt everything was going to be alright. The staff were so friendly and I felt at ease straight away. Brandon proceeded to talk me through the whole process and helped me every step of the way up to collecting the keys. Brandon took all of the stress off the procedure and if it wasn't for him I think I would have pulled all my hair out.
