We are an investor with investment across Essex. We have an appointment to view 2 Ark Avenue, Grays, RM16 6QR at 10:20 on 10/09/2022 with Andreea Costache with Bairstow Eves - Chafford Hundred Sales, RM16. We arrived at the property at 10:20, and the agent attended to another client from a different Race before us I spoke to her that we had an appointment at 10:20, and she said we had to wait because we were not her priority. At 10:30, she attended to another client that came after us from a different Race, and I said we are right here waiting, and you walk past us like don't exist she said we have to wait or we can view the garden, not the main property. I told her my mind, and she cancelled our booking and that we were not allowed to view the property anymore. We called the Chafford Hundred office and speak to the Manager, but she said they received a lot of interest on the property, that is why. Personally, it's a shame at this age.

Overall it has been such a pleasure to work with the Bairstow Eves branch during our buying process. All the staff are extremely friendly and ensure that any enquiry I have is answered in a prompt manner. From viewing to completion I have had the pleasure to work with their branch manager who has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions. She continued to amaze us as our experience with other estate agents have been average at best. Bairstow Eves Chafford Hundred have lifted this bar to a extremely high level. My partner and I genuinely feel that the buying process has felt a lot less stressful due to the support from Lydia. I would 100% recommend Bairstow Eves Chafford Hundred to friends and family in the future.

As long as we buy properties in our lifetimes I can only pray to have such excellent service as we did with Lydia & Louisa at Bairstow Eves. To the point where I plan to buy my next house only if it is under Bairstow Eves Chafford Hundred! Honestly, there is nothing they couldn't solve for us and it is physically impossible for anyone to answer the phone any quicker than they do. They accommodated every question, every concern, every viewing, every meltdown and all the rest we piled onto them. When no one else could make something happen, they Always made it happen.
