They have terrible attitude towards their clients! We've been renting with this agency for over a year and it has all been fine until we met a problem, won't go into too much detail, the problem wasn't resolved for over 2 months now! The management was making itself look better. Very disappointed in their service!

Amazing Lettings team, very prompt, kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire time it took to get everything sorted. The referencing was done within one day, I didn’t even know it was possible to get an answer so quickly. Both agents that handled our moving were highly professional. I am very impressed by them and I highly recommend this agency. Excellent customer service. Very well done Bairstow Eves!

I’d recommend the Lettings Team a million times over if I could. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond for their clients. Five stars just don’t seem enough!

I have found the team at chafford hundred to be very helpful. They have kept me informed of the whole process. They have helped me with documents that needed filling out when I had questions. I completed on Friday and am now moving to my new house after selling my flat with them. I would like to thank the whole team for everything they have done.

We have been renting a property with Bairstow since January 2020. First class service from the start. We had maintenance work scheduled and Bairstow kept in constant communication. They were a massive help by offering to attend maintenance appointments at our property if we were unable to. Much better experience than previous estate agents I have dealt with. Highly recommend.

Not sold yet, but Scott, Lewis, Tina (and Kayleigh from Grays Branch) have been extremely helpful and proactive in dealing with the sale of our property. They have kept us informed every step of the way with emails and texts of the time/date of viewings, the name of those viewing etc. Bairstow Eves are miles ahead of their competitors... Excellent work so far!
