Couldn't be happier with the service me and my partner have had from Bairstow Eves in Chafford. I was so impressed at how the agent Nick conducted the viewing I went to that I transferred over to Bairstow to rent my property out. From there we was assisted by Conor who has provided us with 5* service the whole time. Nothing is too much trouble for him, even taking calls in his personal time to make sure we was happy with the service. If I could give him more stars I would.

Unfortunately things didn't go as planned with the sale and therefore decided to put it on rent. Having had such a negative experience with the sale we weren't very positive with moving forward. I rent my house out through Bairstow Eves, Chafford Hundred and Conor looks after the entire service for me. This is my 3rd year having Conor and I'm absolutely thrilled with the service he provides. Conor has excellent knowledge of the local market and gaves me suberb advice throughout. Conor goes above and beyond to find the right tennents and did fulfil an addition check (above the strict standard checks) that I requested to put my mind at rest as he fully understands how important it is to find tennents that will look after your property. Conor took care of everything and is experienced, the entire process ran smoothly and entirely stress free. He even contacted me when he wasn't working to keep me updated as he really does care about providing the very best service. Overall, we got very good service from the Senior Branch Manager. The communication was good throughout, until the end when some doubts from both the seller and the agents crept in following a delay in the issuing of the mortgage.At the onset one of the agents didn’t feel we were serious buyers and denied my wife the opportunity of viewing properties. It’s important for the agents to treat anyone coming through the doors as a potential buyer and provide a consistent service.

I am very satisfied with the services received. Viewings are organized very quickly, and agents react seriously and specifically to any questions asked, because they know their business perfectly. When I found a suitable apartment for myself, formal procedures were organized without difficulty and in a timely manner, and within a few days I already knew exactly the date of moving in. On this date I came to the office and after 15 minutes, following all the formalities, I received the keys. The next day I received a phone call and offered an internet service for a tenancy period without a contract as well as assistance with energy providers and council tax. Also told what to do in case of household malfunctions. Thank you very much for the services provided. Thanks to everyone who works for you, they are good, pleasant, sociable and friendly people.
