GoogleZak Kettley was fantastic in handling my complex case in order to get me and my family moved into a new home. He was easily reachable, polite, kind and made moving a much happier experience for us and couldn't sing your praises loud enough. Definitely appreciate the help in the move and recommend anybody wanting to move to the local area to use Bairstow Eves as i haven't been let down. Beginning to end was SUPERB!

GoogleAfter issues with a different agent we moved our sale to Bairstow Eves at Chafford Hundred and can honestly say that Matt and the team were brilliant. Our flat went on the market and sold within 2 weeks. Throughout the sale process they have been helpful and kept us informed. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I moved into our flat in a record time of two and a half weeks from first viewing the property to moving day! Beverley is polite, professional and friendly - a really lovely lady - and nothing was too much trouble for her even though I was very excited/nervous and kept asking her questions. GoogleI had been a tenant with Bairstow Eves, Chafford Hundred for almost five years and can not fault a single part of the service they provided during this time. Nick Gomez was absolutely fantastic through every part of my letting experience, from finding me the perfect property (as a first time tenant) to eventually moving on and explaining everything I needed to know in between. He calmed many of my anxieties and no phone call or email was ever ignored. Nick always treated me with the concern, compassion and attention of a friend and I will be forever grateful for his help.

Conor is very prompt in responding queries and sort out things very quickly. I would strongly recommend Bairstow Eves Agents at chafford hundred for Lettings, No other Letting agents in Chafford Hundred are prompt in responding and proceed further with the deal.
