GoogleHaving bought and sold many properties over the years, I have developed a somewhat cynical view of estate agents. However, having now experienced "The Square Room" both as a buyer and a seller, I can without hesitation recommend their services. In an age where businesses talk a good deal about customer service but invariably fail to deliver, it has been very refreshing dealing with such a professional and caring team. Everyone at The Square Room have been excellent.

GoogleI’d had my house up with another agent for months with barely any interest, yet within a few weeks of being with Square Room I’d had so many more viewings than I had previously. The MD took a personal interest in the sale which I found to be a really a great touch. And, of course, they sold my house for a price I was more than happy with and provided amazing service throughout.

GoogleThe Square rooms sold the bungalow in 2 weeks. Kept us informed from start to completion and were great. Their phone manner was outstanding, always seemed to brighten my day. The cost of selling was better than some of the other estate agents and found they did not BS like some of the others. Great team, keep it up.Sorry it took awhile to post a review

GoogleThe Square Room were absolutely fantastic. They organised the 20 odd viewings on our property over 2 days and kept us fully informed on the viewings, feedback and all the offers. The team were amazing, from the fantastic photographs of our property, to the excellent communication throughout the sale process. I would highly recommend the Square Room to anyone wishing to sell their home.

GoogleFrom the initial visit by Paul right through to arranging viewings, receiving offers, negotiations and support with completion, I was very impressed and feel like I genuinely picked the right people to sell my home. The service by everyone was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. If I ever think of selling again, they'll be my first call.

GoogleSquare Room have now sold 3 properties for us. The 1st took 5 weeks to sell in 2012 when the property market was at an all time low. They even managed to get close to the asking price & almost what we paid for it in 2010. The 2nd property took less than 4 months to sell in 2015. Yet both went up for sale Autumn/Winter so worse months for selling. The 3rd property took a little over 4 months to sell in 2017, put up for sale end March - sold 1st August. Had double figures viewings & in the end two fighting for it, but we stuck with first offer as don't agree with gazumping. Love the staff. Paul we have got to know very well and is such a pleasure to do business with. We recommend Square Room to everyone. Their prices are fair, the staff work hard to sell quickly. What is not to love. In our opinion they are the top Estate Agent in Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre. Forgot to post when sold as was away on holiday then time got away. Thanks again Square Room. Top job once again.

From the outset they were very professional in finding potential tenants and found a very suitable tenant almost immediately. They have dealt with any problems that have come up with the property quickly and found reliable people to fix any issues. They are very approachable, I have called them several times looking for advice that they were more than happy to give. Their rates are reasonable and the rent is paid into my account promptly. GoogleI feel that they forced me to reduce the price of my parents house plus theyvqere sending time wasters to view the house and weren't helpful when the ones who never turned up and wasted my time.

Dear Julie, As previously discussed I valued your property at £110,000 and we achieved an offer of £108,000 which you were happy to accept. We did conduct 32 viewings on your property and only 3 viewers did not turn up which is out of our control. All viewers were in a position to proceed and we did receive offers from 6 viewers in total. You did request to list the property higher than I valued the property for which we were happy to try, but after eventually reducing the property after 9 months to my initial valuation we did achieve a successful sale.
