TrustpilotOnly 15 minute viewings - but they don't tell you!
IMO this company isn't completely transparent with it's prospective buyers. It seems they only allow 15 mins to view a property but don't tell you that when you book a viewing. So when you get there they whizz you around the property as fast as they can. I've spent more time in a car showroom deciding to buy a car worth £2,500 - never mind a property worth £250,000 !!

GooglePaul initially came to value our house and was very pleasant , knowledgable and not pushy in anyway. We were lucky and had a quick sale but due to covid things were put on hold. All the staff at The Square Room were always pleasant and kept you upto date at all times of each stage. Would deffiantly recomend them aswell as use them again in the future.

GoogleSquare Room was recommended by a friend, so far they have sold my Mum's house, 2 houses belonging to Aunts and 2 houses belonging to friends. Their service seems very fair to both buyer & seller. They assist with problem solving and chase the lawyers to get the sale through.

GooglePoor experience, they never answer the phones. Paul over priced my house just to get it on his books, and then failed to sell it.

GoogleHaving bought properties locally, when it came to selling we had experience of several well known local agencies but dismissed using them as we perceived them to be arrogant and self serving. GoogleJust sold our house with The Square Room, was so impressed with the fast friendly professional service at a very fair. The word 'covid' never popped up.... in our experience lately companies are using the pandemic excuse when delays occur, but this went so smoothly completed within 6 weeks and they recommended a solicitor that was equally as good!

GoogleI highly recommend the Square Room. After having an awful experience with a Bispham based estate agent, the Square Room were brilliant. We got an offer really quickly and more importantly the buyer was chased to make sure everything was progressing. I will definitely use them again.

GoogleIt was a difficult time for us having to sell our family home . We found that the staff were always helpful and friendly keeping us informed of all viewings and always returning phone calls in good time. I would recommend the Square Room they do a good job and keep you updated which is very important.
