The team came back and updated a few of the photos to esnure I was 100% satisfied. GoogleIt’s like a ghost agency. Nobody ever answers a phone, no replies on email either. I probably have to find other properties with different estate agent.

GoogleThey state if an application isn't successful they will tell you why... I was never given a reason & then offered another property with them (for additional fees) wouldn't use again or recommend. Typical agents just want easy money!

We did offer you another property to look at but unfortunately the area was not right for you. We did not ask for any additional fees as this is not policy. Your phone number is not working. Book viewings and then just before cancel saying vendor has withdrew, or some other lame excuse. You ring and enquire property always gone but still advertised. Dont bother. Unprofessional, unfortunately one of the many out there at this current time probably government backed to cause as much pain to good people by descriminating.

GooglePaul and the Team were so friendly and helpful. It was like they couldn't work hard enough for you. When a buyer changed their mind on my house, Square room worked extremely hard to find a new one and did so in quite a short space if time too. Highly reccommend.

GoogleWe have used The Square Room on 2 occasions and both times we have been over the moon with their service. They are an efficient and professionally run business. When valuing both houses they gave realistic valuations and we didn't have to wait too long before the houses were sold. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them.
