GoogleThe Square Room team impressed us from the outset, nothing was too much trouble, everyone we dealt with was attentive and professional. We had a very helpful agent who explained things thoughrougly. A faultless service and great communication between them and us, as well as a friendly approach to the entire process. GoogleWe put our bungalow on the market in the middle of lockdown and expected difficulties. Quite the opposite.We could not believe the speed and efficiency with which the Square Room staff handled the sale. In the space of 48 hours we had three viewings and two offers and there were others queuing up to see the property. The staff were knowledgeable and enthusiastic and guided us through the process very professionally, at all times observing the social distancing restrictions to protect our safety. GoogleThis is the second time we have used Square Room to sell, from the initial valuation Paul carried out to the pictures, advertising and how the sale was handled is just brilliant. The phone is always answered quickly or if you leave a message somebody calls you back straight away. When people ask for estate agent recommendations I always say Square Room, I wouldn’t think to use anybody else!

I was kept fully updated and informed while selling a property. The staff worked hard regularly liaising with all members in the chain to ensure the sale progressed as quickly as possible. GoogleChanged our agent to Square Room and we had viewings straightaway. Nothing was too much trouble from Paul coming out to discuss the marketing to Alex keeping us up to date with progress. Sale agreed very quickly and we couldn't have asked for a better service. Would highly recommend.

The Square Room when they can be bothered to answer the phone and you book viewings and make an offer (OF THE ASKING PRICE) on a house only to get a call to say do you want to offer more as there is another customer who wants the property do you want to bid higher. I think it’s a disgrace since the advert did not say offers above??? but the asking is !!!

TrustpilotLet down by what we thought was a great agent at first.
Was told we would be accepted even though on benefits due to illness so we traveled to see the property. Upon filling the application in and waiting a day we got denied, as suspected with so many agents we apply to we get denied over and over as we are a semi large family as there is no other reason for the denial unless face does not fit. There should be a law against this behaviour the way agents lie and are so discriminating. Property still available and will be contacting the landlord direct to make them aware of the situation with discriminating letting agents.

GoogleAfter a bad experience, with an online estate agent (never again), I turned to The Square Room after receiving favourable reports. From the start I felt that I was in a better position than before, and had more viewing in 2 months than I had had in the previous 18 months. I was kept informed at all stages and was delighted when I received an offer on my house. I found the staff to be helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. On my experience I would have no qualms in recommending The Square Room.
