GoogleI have just sold my bungalow in Knott End on Sea with The Square Room estate agent, in three days, I must say Square Room was very responsive and Professional at all times, a very Pleasant experience and specially with Covid lock down being in place, and me being very hard of hearing as well, they kept me updated messaging me at all times not being very good with the phone with my hearing. All of the staff are professional whilst being friendly and helpful, plus Paul (CEO) actually takes a personal interest in your sale and offers you sound advice. On the first day our property went 'live', we had 4 viewings, with 3 offers for the full asking price. Extremely pleased with the whole process, initial meeting was friendly and informative and photos of the property really showed it at its best. GoogleStaff pleasant .. communication mostly good, however they displayed the house had sold when it was only under offer,. The sale fell though and we lost 2 months of viewings. I did ask give them to keep accepting viewings until the sale was guaranteed, they then did this. Lesson learnt .

GoogleUpon contacting Square Room for the listing of our property to the sale everything was done promptly and professionally.All along the process from what the pictures should be like to accompanied viewings and feedback was always done without any problems .When i called the office for anything the girls always passed messages on and had call backs done .Have to say a big thank-you to Alex who helped so much.Would use them again and my sister has just sold her home with them after my recomendation .

GoogleI recently sold my house through The Square Room and I can honestly say the service was excellent throughout, despite it coinciding with the onset of the pandemic. I was given advice when needed, contacted regularly with updates on the progress, including updates on the progress on the buyer’s side and despite the inevitable delays caused by lockdown I never felt unsure as to where things were up to and was always able to speak to someone if needed. I would definitely recommend this company.

GoogleI’ve had reason to use The Square Room twice over the last 18 months and I’m happy to report good things. I don’t want to gush but to point out my reasoning for highly recommending them. Firstly, sensibly, logically and realistically valuing the property, It’s pointless appointing a good outfit if the valuation is not appropriate for its audience. Secondly, their communications are clear and business like, no messing, black and white, no guessing. And finally, we used their accompanying view service, so we had no inconvenience whatsoever. In summary a smashing little company, no messing and of course they sell houses.

GoogleI changed agents to the Square Room and never looked back. The house sold within about six weeks. I had a lot of viewings, far more than with the previous agent and in the end had two offers on the house. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful which was reassuring as the sale itself took a long time to go through due to the purchaser’s solicitors. The Square Room did their share of chasing and never minded me ringing them for updates. My first agent always made me feel as though I was a nuisance. I absolutely recommend them and I think the number of their for sale boards around and about speaks for itself.

GoogleWe have used Square Room for both buying and purchasing properties, and would highly recommend their friendly, curteous and professional service. Paul values the properties and then the team take over, and the firm seems to work like a well oiled cog. regular contact from the agent keeps you up to date, and they are always happy to advise and assist. We have had experience of another local estate agents and there is no comparison for good service. competitively priced and an excellent service always. Would not heitate to use them in the future again

GooglePosting on behalf of my mum: I contacted The Square Room when I was required to sell a property on behalf of a relative. As I live some 250 miles from the property it was important that I was kept up to date with progress and The Square Room did that well. I was notified of each viewing and given feedback promptly. Within a couple of months of first approaching The Square Room there was a firm offer on the property and 3 months later the sale was completed. The staff were helpful at all times and made my task easier. I can recommend them.
