Very professional, courteous, and "on the ball" from valuation to completion date involving myself, the buyers and my solicitors. All in all a good all round experience.

Sue who was looking after our sale and purchase was excellent and did everything she could to help the process run smoothly, nothing was ever too much and she kept us up to date a through every part of the process

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish, they gave 100% in every part of the sale of my property. I was kept upto date constantly and nothing was ever to much trouble for any member of staff. They all went above and beyond to fulfill any query I had. Being the first property I have sold I was unsure of some of the processes but I was kept informed about everything. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending the square room to anyone wanting to sell there property they are outstanding. Well done to every single one of you and a special thank you to sue for dealing with my many queries promptly. GoogleWe were trying to purchase a property through The Square Room and it was all handled through a lovely lady called Sue Clarke. What can I say, she is a breath of fresh air, she rings you when she says she will, talks to you honestly and basically does everything you would hope from an Estate Agent. Sadly due to problems at our end, the sale fell through, but Sue did everything in her power to help, being the perfect intermediary between us and the vendors. We hope we find another property through them, to deal with Sue again.

GoogleIf i could leave 0 stars i would as i veiwed a property they say is inaculate recently refurbed but when you go there the property is rubbish cracks in walls every wall wants replastering and the bathroon was filthy as was the front and rear of property they shouldnt advertise imaculate if all this needs doing plus i booked another property to view it was all booked when i turn up no estate agent turned up so i knock on door the vender says no one is booked to view so i rang the estate agent up to find out i was not booked when i booked it up a few days before and told im booked for 1045am a wasted trip to see the house this company is rubbish i would never use them again if i was in the market to buy a house infact i would sooner catch covid than deal with this company again

I would give 0 stars if i could rubbish agent viewed the first property they described as fully refurbed exceptional condition when you turn up there are cracks in walls holes in wall near sockets it was a rubbish property done cheap i turned up for another viewing on property i booked the week before then when i turn up they say i never booked and they havent even got my name down rubbish estate agent i would never use this lot again infact i would sooner catch covid the use this lot again

GoogleThese agent's are real charlatans. We have offered the full asking price for 2 properties only to be told that they are contacting other interested parties to see if they can get a better offer. When tackled about this sleazy tactic, they either lie or blame the vendor!? Buyer's beware of these folks. They give estate agent's a bad name, if such a thing is possible....
Dear Mr Egford, We put your offer forward to the vendor yesterday morning and we were awaiting a response from them yesterday, before you withdrew your offer the same day. We have received a lot of interest in the property you offered on and we also received an offer on the property two days prior which was declined. As is usual practise and to be fair, we contact any previous viewer who has shown interest or made an offer, to inform them an offer has been made out of courtesy. We act for the vendor to achieve the best price possible and go off their instructions. As I am sure you can appreciate, we would not want any buyers to be gazumped at a later stage, especially when a buyer may have paid monies for surveys and a solicitor. By keeping everybody informed and contacting other viewers before an offer were to be accepted, we are acting in a professional capacity. Regards Paul Bayliss Director

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Their fees amongst the most competitive on the Fylde Coast. GoogleAfter an atrocious experience lasting many months with another local agent, we went to The Square Room desperate for help selling my mother’s property. The Square Room were brilliant and made the whole process so easy, they arranged a day of viewings which resulted in five offers, we accepted one offer (from someone it turned out had tried to view 'unsuccessfully' through the previous agent). The Square Room’s Staff were a pleasure to deal with, kept us informed throughout the process, chased the solicitor when needed and made the whole process much easier and far less stressful. From experience I will now always check all review sites (not just one) for reviews about the Agent I use, if you do sell a house, I hope the process goes as smoothly as our sale went through ‘The Square Room’.PositiveProfessionalism
