GoogleI’ve been working with Streets Ahead for a number of years for lettings, and recently I had two properties become vacant within a short period, which was understandably stressful. I got in touch with my agent and worked closely with Scott, who acted quickly to find suitable tenants while meeting all my specific requirements. He also identified and suggested improvements to the properties that helped us turn them around efficiently. As a result, both properties were let quickly with minimal void periods. I gave Scott full responsibility for managing the process end-to-end, with minimal involvement from me, and he handled everything exceptionally well. Whenever I had any concerns, we discussed them openly and resolved them promptly. Overall, it’s been a very pleasant and professional working relationship.

TrustpilotVery disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Kacey and a complete lack of communication. She knew I needed to move within a week but still had me complete the form and viewing, then stopped responding when I asked whether not being able to meet the tenant in person would be an issue. A waste of valuable time when I was working to a tight moving deadline.

TrustpilotAidan Naude
We are looking for a property in the Anerley area and Aidan Naude from Streets Ahead stands out from all the other Estate Agents we are using. He listens to us. We never feel rushed during viewings and most importantly, he has such a bubbly personality and we never feel under pressure. Facts are given but the choice is ours..... We hope we find our property through his recommendation - that would be the icing on the cake 😊

TrustpilotExtremely disappointing-Unprofessional Service and Deposit Withheld Unfairly
I was a tenant with *Streets Ahead* for three years, and throughout that entire period, not a single issue we raised at the property was properly resolved. The level of service we received was consistently poor, and communication was often dismissive and unhelpful. After vacating the property, matters became even more concerning. Our deposit was withheld based on what I strongly believe to be an inaccurate and unjustified report. When I provided clear evidence of the property’s condition at the start of the tenancy, the response from the agency stopped entirely. It has now been four months since we left the property, and despite repeated requests, there has been no resolution or meaningful update regarding the return of our deposit. I am particularly disappointed with the conduct of Denim Islam, who I understand to be the branch manager. I was initially told that I was not eligible for the deposit due to the condition of the property. However, once I submitted evidence contradicting this claim, communication ceased, and the matter has since been ignored. Overall, this experience reflects extremely poorly on the agency’s handling of end-of-tenancy matters. The staff appear untrained in properly assessing property reports, and the level of professionalism and customer service has been unacceptable. Calls are rarely answered, and when they are, responsibility is repeatedly deflected with no accountability. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not expect this level of service from a letting agency of this size.
