Joke of an agency. Totally unprofessional. Started even before we moved in. Couldn't get keys as agreed. Not reacting to problems we reported or even emails is a standard operating procedure. The only way to make them do anything is unless to threaten not to allow any viewings. Then they randomly tried to shorten our tenancy agreement...We've interacted with several people there over the years. Not a single competent one. 1 star reviews are pretty accurate here.Oh and they also lie. They advertise a 1 double 2 barely single bedrooms as 3 doubles. They will even lie about how far it is to nearest points od interest...Avoid if possible.

Absolute timewasters. They completely live up to the unfortunate stereotype of a dodgy estate agent. If you're selling, I'd urge you not to list with them as they will over-inflate the value of your property to get you on their books, then encourage you to drop the price two or three times, rather than starting out with an honest valuation to manage your expectations. Just look on Rightmove at how many of their properties are marked as reduced.They also quote their commission at ridiculously high percentages which you have to then bargain down to anywhere near market levels. They promise viewers are very interested and to expect offers imminently, only to never get back to you with any updates. Just absolute dead silence for weeks. Plus when they do viewings, they carelessly leave doors unlocked and tramp mud in from outside. If you're buying they'll tell you your offer definitely won't be enough and push you to go higher, then next thing you'll hear is that the listing price has actually dropped as their pushy tactics haven't stirred up as much bidding as they thought it would.They're crooks and liars who will tell you anything to get you on their books but not make any effort to get in touch with you if sales don't happen quickly. Avoid at all costs.

As a landlord I am happy with our agent Streets Ahead for dealing our contracts and regulation checking for our property and so on. They did try their best to help along when any issue occurred. We have been with them over 7 years. So hope they are continuing do a great job.

They started off professionally when they visited in order to help sell my property. From that point onwards the service was poor. Instead of showing people around the property the agent would sit on the sofa checking his phone and would let people walk around my house unaccompanied (we have cameras in the house). They repeatedly left the front and back doors unlocked. They rarely kept in touch or provided feedback or updates - it was like a black hole. Eventually after 7 months of poor service and no sale I moved to another agent.

Quick response, taking the complete ownership with non-stop follow-ups and much more (of course, her greetings and energetic-joyful smiles). She is a great asset to streetsahead. I would love to continue with streetsahead properties in future too.

Great experience with Catherine who proved very helpful, particularly for a first time buyer like myself. She not only organised viewings I requested, but also took the initiative to show me other properties that met my criteria. Catherine took time to understand any concerns or hesitations I had and was not pushy at all which put me at ease as during the decision making process. Would definitely recommend her and the Estate Agents.

FacebookIf I could give it a 0 star I would ! An absolute nightmare of an agency to deal with from a tenant perspective. Right from the beginning when I rented - issues , lack of contract in place literally until 2 days before moving in I didnβt know if I actually secured the place. Head of lettings didnβt even bother to let me know what is going on, it was me constantly chasing and trying to find out what is going. The real saga started however upon vacating property. Various agents arranging viewings of the property without prior arranging with me, random viewings at 8 pm without agreeing upon. To the point when the guy who was meant to do the check out never turned up and nobody bothered to inform me. The attitude of staff there is another story , itβs almost like theyβre doing you a favour ! I was told to come to their offices to drop off the keys or send it via recorded delivery (on my expense!) after being stood up by their staff. Now Iβm sure getting a deposit back will turn out to be another mayhem ! Please avoid them at all cost ! Not worth the stress ...
