If you want a seamless buying or selling experience, Mo Adan is the one!! Everyone says it's one of the most stressful life events, but this just wasn't the case for us. He took care of everything - all the communications between sellers, solicitors, etc. - and even when things had the potential to get a bit rocky he had us the whole way through. So well-managed from start to finish, I couldn't recommend Mo and his branch more highly.

The search for a property can be very stressful however this is something that was made a lot better by Mo Adan from Haart Estate Agents. I discussed with Mo what I was looking for and future plans for the property. With his in-depth knowledge and experience Mo was able to showed me properties which met my requirements compared to other properties I had been shown by other estate agents. Mo and his colleagues assisted with communicating my interest to the seller on a property I was interested in and ensured that I was in the best position for my offer to be accepted. We first meet Mo towards the end of September 2024. We hadn’t been involved in any property moves in over 30 years so obviously a lot has changed during this period of time. Mo was very well organised and explained how the process worked and arranged the viewings and it wasn’t long before we had many viewings of the property and once we had a buyer within a few weeks he kept us informed regularly on how the sale was progressing and after a few months the sale was completed.
