Keianna, Mo, Shawn and the rest of the team provided an exceptional service. They worked extremely hard to get this sale to completion following a number of disappointing buyer with drawls. All queries and questions we raised were dealt with promptly and professionally. They were very approachable and very helpful, a grat team.

Be very cautious dealing with Danny Grey (Haart Regional Manager). At first, he appears responsive and committed, answering calls, showing up, and making commitments. But when a better deal arises, he avoids calls and emails, disappearing completely without any explanation or apology. Do not trust verbal commitments from him. This was our first-hand experience, and it’s shocking that this behaviour came from Haart’s regional manager. If this is the standard at management level, it raises serious questions about Haart’s integrity as an estate agency.

He was so kind and understanding, and really went above and beyond to help me find the right place and get settled. I’m really grateful for their help during this big change in my life.

We have used Haart to buy and then few years later to sell our property. Our sale wasn't the easiest due to our solicitor being lazy but Ash was excellent throughout the whole process, he managed to push things when it was most needed. Thank you Ash

I have been looking for the right property since October last year, and since I used Haart I have had quite a few interesting properties, mainly shown around by Estate agent Shawn Boothe-Ewerse, such a well mannered knowledgeable young man, very welcoming always immaculately dress and alway on time. Shawn has a lot of patience with me while I can't decide what to purchase and understands my requirements, and it has to be the right choice for me. He has always kept me updated with new properties on the market or from other Haart locations that are my area of choice. I think Shawn has made my viewings really easy and friendly and I think he is a great asset and team player to your organisation. Thanks for your patience and expertise Shawn, much appreciated. Mo Adan was instrumental in finding and securing the purchase of our first house. From day one he was professional, friendly and accommodating. We are very grateful for his knowledge and communication at all stages of the purchase. He liaised regularly with both the seller and solicitors on our behalf and kept us updated throughout. We would definitely recommend Mo and Haart Thornton Heath.

I don't often put pen to paper but after the high level of service I received from Mo Adan meant I had to do just that. I have had the misfortune of dealing with unscrupulous estate agents in the past and consequently was very sceptical when dealing with Haart. However, Mo's professionalism, kindness and his ability to go the extra mile has restored my faith in the industry. Haart will now be my estate agent of choice! Thank you so much for all your hard work in ensuring the sale was completed.

Our first meeting with Mo gave us absolute confidence that Haart is the right Estate Agent to market our property for us. Henceforth we did not consider any other Estate agent to get involved throughout the process. I must also commend the friendliness of Mo and his team.

If you want a seamless buying or selling experience, Mo Adan is the one!! Everyone says it's one of the most stressful life events, but this just wasn't the case for us. He took care of everything - all the communications between sellers, solicitors, etc. - and even when things had the potential to get a bit rocky he had us the whole way through. So well-managed from start to finish, I couldn't recommend Mo and his branch more highly.
