After 2 failed attempts from other estate agents, we tried Haart. This was very lucky for us because we got Mo Adan as our main go to. These guys know exactly what needs to be done. The wife and I happened to see an advert for a house on sale near our flat (that planted the seed of selling the flat to upgrade to a house) . We viewed that with another Agency and they also valued our flat for us. I happened to pass by the Haart office and invited them to do a valuation of the flat. We were so impressed with Seth at the valuation (the way he spoke and carried himself, his knowledge of the area) that although we had not decided to move, we put the flat up for sale with them. My wife instructed Seth (Oppong) and Ricky (Ramos) of Haart Thornton Heath that our new home needs to be within the same area that we lived! Ricky was amazing - he found us a buyer in no time and also found us the ideal home to move into. The seller of the house was non responsive to them via phone calls but Ricky kept at it, even going to the house personally to convince the seller to sell to us, and that worked! We now live in that house! Thanks guys, you made it all easy for us! Cant recommend them enough. You need to buy or sell in Thornton Heath , Haart are the guys to call.

I recently sold my house through Haart's Estates Agency in Thoron Heath. The sale took far longer than I had anticipated and there were times when I honestly wanted to give up! Throughout all of these turbulent times, Mo and Danny in particular were always on hand to explain the different processes involved in selling and calm my rattled nerves too! They were polite and efficient, keeping me abreast of developments using all media. I recommend them highly for efficiency of service!
