Want to say a big thank you to Mo who guided us through the process of selling our property. We were selling at such a rubbish time in the market but was happy with the Mo's consistent level of communication throughout the process. He really make the process simple in such a complex circumstance. Calling us on a weekly basis and emailing throughout the week were just some of the ways he showed this, keeping both parties in the loop. There was always a solution to a problem. Mo helped us maintain a realistic perspective in terms of what was achievable but also understood what we wanted in the process, at times definitely going above and beyond to get the job done. We are obviously glad the sale is completed but sad to say goodbye to such a helpful and good human. All the best Mo

Within a week of viewings we had two offers very close to our asking price, we have now sold and are about to complete. Due to the efforts of Ash and the team, the house is now the highest sale price in the street and it's handing over to lovely new owners who will continue to love the home for years to come. I am really disappointed that after arranging our weekend plans around a property viewing and taking the time to travel to Thornton Heath, it wasn't until 10 minutes after the viewing was due to start, when we called the agency, that they thought to tell us the property had already been sold and our viewing had been cancelled. I have never come across such shambolic estate agency behaviour. I would not recommend anyone to sell their property through Haart.

We recently purchased a property through Haart, and the whole experience was excellent. The team were very efficient, regularly checking in and keeping us fully updated throughout the process. Communication was clear and consistent, not only with us, but also with the solicitors and the sellers, which made things run as smoothly as possible. Although the purchase took some time, this was due to delays with the lender and not Haart, who were proactive and supportive at every step. This property was for my mom, and we’re delighted to now have the keys and be preparing everything for her move. I was fortunate to have Shawn show me some properties. I selected 1 and he selected others which complimented my choice and gave me food for thought. Throughout the viewings Shawn was knowledgeable, patient, polite and consistently willing to go above and beyond to help me in my property search. I had 3 house viewings with Shawn Boothe-Ewerse on 19/08/2025 and was potentially interested in purchasing 2 out of the 3. Shawn did such a fantastic job of showing me and a couple of my relatives around the houses thoroughly and answering all questions that we had for him. When we first decided to use Haart as our selling vendor Danny was honest, professional and trusting. Then he said he'd be placing us in the care of Mo. Initially we were apprehensive as we had brought into Danny, but those fears were quelled as soon as we had our first interaction with Mo. Mo is not a sales consultant...he was so much more than that. From the offset he was communicate, responsive and gave us such a feeling of peace that we knew we we're in the right hands.
