Great experience viewing 4 properties with Kimberley at the weekend. First 3 on foot, which was good, as we got to chat a bit about the areas etc. Kimberley was very patient, knowledgeable and personable. The team have all been really helpful. I’m rarely surprised by the quality of a service of an organisation and I’m even rarer to leave a review but I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the team and specially Chloe Faris . From start to finish Chloe managed the process with professionalism and knowledge , she worked closely with me on every step and held the deal together even when I was ready to walk away . Chloe was able to overcome issues and obstacles on both the sales and the letting side going far beyond what she needed to do in order to get the best outcome . She is truly client centric and she achieved a sale on my house that could never have been done with out her efforts . She is knowledgeable , extremely committed ( I got plenty of early morning emails way before normal business hours ) and responsive even in difficult situations. Abbie and Andrew were brilliant from the beginning in helping me buy my first home which was advertised through them. They are on the ball and very responsive with any questions or concerns which I had throughout the buying process. Nothing was too much trouble. They helped to make the process run as smoothly as possible which greatly reduced my stress levels! Andy is one of the finest! Without explaining my full details, Andy spent time with me over the phone, helping and answering questions that I had already said to him may not lead to him to a sale. Andy is more than that, that’s why! Andy genuinely cares about people, their lives and they’re well-being! He isn’t like any other estate agent I know.
