We were more than happy with the services provided by Location Location East. From day of instruction to completion of a sale (today) it was 7 weeks. A record by all the accounts I am reading. Sales proceeds were over 3% of asking price. Andy was very professional, kept us up to date with the sales process the whole way through and chased where necessary to ensure paperwork got to where it should be in the shortest possible time. We would definitely use his services in the future.

Andy was amazing. we had tried other agents with no luck buying or selling. Then we found Andy and had a sale within the week but couldn't see our next perfect home. Andy called and asked me to view a property that I said I had no interest in. I finally agreed and within 20 mins had told him to put an offer in before my husband even knew about it. long story short but my buyer pulled out and we should of lost the house but Andy did what he does best and found a solution. 8 years on and I live in my perfect home I never wanted to view

I first met Andy when I was selling my house several years ago. He was one of 5 agents we had round to value our house. He stood out head and shoulders above the rest for his enthusiasm and genuine interest in working with us to achieve the best possible price for our property. To be honest, I thought he was being a little ambitious at what he said he could achieve for us! But he told me to trust him, so I did! That turned out to be a very good decision, as he proved me wrong, and got us an amazing price for our house! The service we got from him was second to none, and although it may look like you’re paying a premium compared to other agents offering 1% , when he achieves a price way beyond the other agents, he pays for himself, and some! Andy would always be my first choice knowing that I’m in very capable hands, and not only that, he has his clients best interest at heart. Beyond this, having met initially through doing business, Andy takes a keen interest in his clients on a more personal level, and also is an avid supporter of the local community. He was aware I was part of a team putting on Charity event in Thetford raising money for local charities. He became our biggest supporter, and our main sponsor for 5 years. Always being on hand, and going above and beyond with getting stuck in on the run up to the event, during the event, and actually helping set up and clear up which meant long hours, and a lot of work all in his own time!
