We chose KT initially because their marketing seemed better and they had sold houses close to the asking price near ours. Anna communicated the process very well and was able to speed up the process as we had a purchase agreed and needed a sale. Once the ad was live we had an agent dedicated to us. Lauren was always available and communicated brilliantly. Property sold in a week and Sarah from the sale progression team took over from there and she was just as brilliant. I would recommend.

Location Location have been absolutely incredible during our first house purchase. Andrew and Molly were helping us with every step and making sure everything went as smooth and quick as possible. They really went above and beyond for us the whole way through, and I cannot express my appreciation enough. I will be using them if I ever want to sell or buy again , and I recommend that everyone else chooses them too. We had experiences with every other estate agents in Thetford, and had a purchase fall through at the last minute previously with an estate agent in bury, and none of them can compare to Location in the slightest! After being on the market with our 6 bedroom house for over 6 months with numerous local estate agents. Who all over promised and under delivered. We were struggling to find a buyer for our house. We recently used the Thetford branch of Location Location, to both sell our house and to buy our new property. The main person we dealt with was Andrew Overman, but we did also get to meet and deal with other members of the team. I must say they were all on the case all of the time, especially Andrew, very easy to contact and always had an answer for us and the time to show us around our new home when required. I know that they charge a bit more to sell your property than some of the other estate agents, but for the way they sold our property in a professional way in mega quick time, We think it was worth every penny.
