Molly and Andy have been nothing but amazing throughout this whole process. We had a very long process of selling our house and finding our dream house with location location. Even before finding our home, Molly was checking in with us regularly. They advocated for us throughout the whole process, always welcomed when we wanted to view the house again and made the whole buying process stress free even when our selling process was a bit harder. I have never come across an estate agent as good as location location and if we were to sell in the future, we would with no doubt, go with them.

Kayleigh Manning was incredibly helpful and professional throughout what became a difficult sale. I genuinely felt supported and never left “hung out to dry” after my offer was accepted. Her consistent communication was exactly what I needed, always professional, always timely, and she kept me fully informed rather than wondering when or how confirmation from the seller would come through. Unfortunately, the offer didn’t result in a completed sale, but the hard work, dedication, and transparency Kayleigh showed throughout the process were greatly appreciated. My first interaction with Location Location (Andrew), was the attempted purchase of a property in Barnham. Unfortunately, whilst being the highest bidders we were deemed unproceedable by the sellers. Andrew went above and beyond with advice and guidance to bring my property to market, which took me a little over two months to carry the work. With frequent check-ins, which were not push in the slightest. Once my property was ready to bring to market, Andrew managed our expectations of the potential price. Both Andrew and Molly did a Stella job in securing an above market asking price and really made the sale seamless. If you're sceptical about estate agents, read this! I’ll be honest: I’ve never had much love for estate agents. In fact, my past experiences left me with some pretty strong (and negative) feelings about the entire profession. Pushy, uncommunicative, vague, and often more interested in their commission than your outcome. It’s safe to say my trust in estate agents was practically non-existent. Enter Andy Overman from Location Location. From our very first meeting, my fiancée and I were immediately impressed. There was no hard sell, no fluff, just honesty, clarity, and a refreshing directness that we both really appreciated. We decided on the spot that we would only use Andy to sell our home. And thank goodness we did. Andy didn’t just meet expectations; he absolutely smashed them.
