GoogleI received an excellent service from Craig and all the team. All very professional at what they do and extremely friendly. Always available at any time of day or night to answer any questions I had. Lot's of potential buyers came through my door in which this gave me a quick sale. I am highly delighted with the overall outcome and recommend Roots Estate Agency 100%. Fantastic team work. A*

GoogleFollowing losing out on a property through Roots that had multiple bids, Craig Butcher, one of the directors went out of his way to find us a house to purchase and although we didn't end up buying through them I couldn't recommend them enough as a buyer. It's rare in a sellers market to still feel valued as a purchaser.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe've had the pleasure of experiencing the dedicated service from Roots, both as sellers and buyers, over the past 4 years. They go the extra mile to make you feel at ease during the process and not just as a number on a board. Professional service all round and as a result would never hesitate in giving my recommendations.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleCannot sing enough praises for Roots. Myself and my girlfriend have recently sold through them, they were extremely professional and proactive with great communication throughout the whole process. They were very friendly and helpful, chasing solicitors to allow a quick move. We both highly recommend using roots as the process felt more personal than going through other estate agents. Everyone involved from their side was brilliant.

GoogleThey wouldn't show me a property because my house was not already for sale. They could've given me some guidance on how to sell my property first but I guess they couldn't be bothered.

GoogleIn the recent sale of our home Roots provided a very high quality & professional service. They were prompt & efficient throughout, making sound judgements on pricing & making/receiving calls out of hours when necessary. They were great at putting pressure on the buyer's somewhat slow solicitors to meet the pre-agreed deadlines for exchange & completion. We would recommend them highly.

GoogleI have recently used Roots in Thatcham to purchase my first house! They were great, very accommodating and went above and beyond to make the time for me to visit the property several times before I received the keys to measure up. Would 100% recommend, thanks again for all the help, BenPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe recently purchased our house through Roots Estate Agency and could not rate them more highly. The house had been vacant for a while and Craig had checked it regularly, including turning up the heating in the really cold weather in case of burst pipes. Roots are very professional, efficient and easy to deal with, we would recommend them without hesitation

FacebookExcellent service from Ashley & Craig from start to finish. Ashley helped and gently guided me through the whole buying process and gave sound and timely advice at every stage. I’ve been very impressed with Roots Estate Agents and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They beat their competitors hands down and if I will definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleI have just purchased a house through Roots and have had many dealings with Craig. I've moved 3 times now and I can honestly say he's the best estate agent I've come across. He goes above and beyond in his job (really should "clock off" at some point Craig) and I would highly recommend Roots to anyone selling or buying.
