Craig and Ash were both excellent throughout the entire process, very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They kept us regularly updated and were always available to answer questions, making what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them. A special mention also goes to Nicole, who was fantastic with correspondence. She was always prompt, helpful, and kept everything moving along seamlessly. We would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or sell, a genuinely great experience from start to finish.

We bought a buy to let property via Roots about 8 years ago and then recently sold a larger detached property using their services. These guys are really good. Their online marketing is excellent (including virtual walk-thru videos, drone photos etc.) and Craig offered us sound advice on pricing and the best sales strategy. Craig was really quick to follow everything through, and we have always found Roots really easy and straightforward to deal with. For our recent property sale, we ended up with a significantly better price than expected and we were able to complete the process in just a few weeks . Fantastic experience. Selling a house can be daunting for many but Roots were brilliant. Craig was great, good communication, takes on board his clients comments and easy to get hold of (not all agents are). Professional listing and viewings from Anita. Asked them to put the house on for more than their original valuation as I felt it was slightly undervalued and I was in no rush to sell. Brilliant from start to finish. (Posted on behalf of Jan Scott) Roots was recommended to me by my neighbours. From the first meeting with Craig I felt I had made the right choice. He was professional, easy to talk to and understood my requirements regarding the type of viewings I was seeking (no time wasters). I then met Conor who along with Craig, conducted the viewings. Again he was professional, smartly dressed with a relaxed manner (no pushy sales talk) so I felt I was in safe hands. In no time at all I had a few viewings lined up and next thing I got a really good offer on the property, in fact I got two. So I was delighted. After the initial offer was accepted I had many dealings with Ashley who again was so easy to get along with. He was really on the ball when it came to chasing progress with solicitors and buyers up and down the chain. He was persistent in getting things done, yet in a calm and polite manner. Nothing seemed like it was too much trouble for any of them when I phoned up with queries and requests. I also had several telephone conversations with Jacky the fourth member of the team over some of the arrangements. Again she was always pleasant and well organised. I think one of the reasons why this company is so successful (apart from the fact that they are all brilliant at what they do) is that they are small firm so they work as a tightly knit team to achieve the ultimate goal of selling. I dealt with the same people all the time so wasn’t passed from pillar to post as with some of the larger firms. That made it easy to build good relationships with them. Craig and Ashley were amazing. I'll tell you why..... We compared the company to lots of the others and felt from the outset that we weren't being given the usual "chat" that estate agents do. They listened to what we wanted and our own personal circumstances and wants. They followed through on everything they said and sold our house in 4 days at full asking price. Above and beyond comparing my experience of other agents. Couldn't ask for better. And then.... found our next house and it's amazing. Again, they knew what we were looking for and didn't bog us down visiting houses that weren't going to be right. The house sale was as smooth as it could be. Highly unstressful!! Communication was excellent. Can't recommend them enough. Proof is in the amount of roots signs you now see around the town. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
