GoogleI would not recommend using them, my inventory was taken a month before I moved in and missed off a lot of issues the flat had, emails not replied too when I had issues. When I moved out they didn't respond to emails for 3 weeks when they had the move out inventory and charged me a extortionate fee considering the flat was cleaner when I left it than moved in.

Unfortunately the previous tenant was unwilling to allow access to the property due to covid (understandable) but also refused to sent video and photos (................), therefore I had to decide to rent with almost no images of the flat. Kristina from YourMove was supporting and answered all my questions promptly.
