I cannot express the gratitude I have for Juliet and Kristina at Your-Move Cliftonville. They helped my family and I secure a lovely home by going above and beyond. Your Move took over the management of the block of flats I live in in 2022. I was intrigued to see how they would differ from their predecessor, and have been generally very happy ever since. We have developed a professional relationship that works, and I've been so glad to see that they have been careful about finding tenants for the block who are friendly and neighbourly. If I ask a question, they give a straight answer, and that's wonderfully refreshing and welcome. I recommend Your Move to others whole-heartedly.

Being an international nurse, I've found Your Move Estate to be one of the best services in margate so far. JULIETTE the manager was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk. She took me to see a modern property which was just the right fit for me and my family. She gave us some tips when it comes to energy saving, places to buy furnitures for your place and clothes. She guided us in the right direction and that's very important when you come to a new place for the very first time. Will keep using them in the future and I wish them the best success in their business!

I would not recommend

I would not recommend. They carried out tenant check out and missed a lot of damages by the tenant which cost me more after tenant has left. I receive communication from different staff which is confusing. I sent a complaint, till date, it has not been resolved.

I would not recommend using them, my inventory was taken a month before I moved in and missed off a lot of issues the flat had, emails not replied too when I had issues. When I moved out they didn't respond to emails for 3 weeks when they had the move out inventory and charged me a extortionate fee considering the flat was cleaner when I left it than moved in.
