Dear Emma, we have tried to contact you regarding your 1* review and have had no response. We have had no correspondence between ourselves and you throughout the duration of the tenancy and have had a good relationship with your co-tenant. If there is something we can do to help you and get some feedback as to why you feel our services are 1* please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss this with you. We are always looking at ways in which we can improve our services, so would love to hear back from you. Kind Regards, Patrick, Director
