I found all the staff very helpful and got back to me quickly when I left messages, but the best person for me was Maria Meddings as she acted as a go-between me and the buyers solicitor which made things a lot easier and if it wasn't for her I don't think the completion would have happened. She was very kind, thoughtful and very helpful in everything. Five out five.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Emma Penfold she is new to the company but you couldn’t tell, on one of my most stressful moves she calmed me down on the phone laughed and joked with me it felt like I was talking to a friend not a sales Progressor she went above and beyond to keep me informed and communicated up until exchange of my property. I’m so pleased she was there talking me through everything. Thank you so much

TrustpilotFantastic outcome!!
Fantastic outcome!!! Ashley came to value my property, was so friendly, and positive! Made me feel I was definitely doing the right thing, after having doubts with other estate agents!!! A brilliant team at the Birchington branch, they all played their part in the sale, and my property sold within a month!!!! What a result!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

We are currently looking to buy our first home - we walked into wards not knowing what we are doing or where to start.. We were immediately met by the amazing Chelsea who is desperately trying to find us something and she is going above and beyond to do so - I just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything you have done already.. We love your tenacity!

TrustpilotI Poorly Built Block Partition Discovered in New‑Build Home
I purchased this house new approximately 17.5 years ago. Recently, during a bathroom renovation, the drywall was removed, revealing a partition made of grey blocks. These blocks appear to be poorly secured to each other, as the partition moves slightly when touched. It is evident that the mortar used to join these blocks does not properly bind them together. This raises serious concerns about the structural reliability of the construction. I recommend potential buyers pay close attention to such partitions and conduct a thorough inspection to avoid future issues.

GooglePatrick and his team have managed our properties for many years. They have always found good tenants, who generally stay with us for many years. This reduces the void periods and cost of finding new tenants. They respond efficiently to any issues the tenant may raise, I have recommended them to many landlords and have no hesitation in continuing to highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleKristina & Juliette were both extremely helpful. Extremely happy with the service provided and the speed in which it was all completed. Well done! My neighbor had a broken pipe and it flooded my bathroom. I just called them and that was it. The other day there was a professional in my flat and the problem was solved. After the sale of the property l experienced a complete lack of communication and empathy from.the agent. Despite repeated attempts to get assistance. They failed to contact the seller after collecting their commission. Their handling of the situation was highly unprofessional showing no willingness to support or resolve outstanding issues. Overall the service provided was below expexmctation and l would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a a reliable and responsible agent.
