GoogleDealt with James at the Broadstairs branch initially when I had other agents value my Mothers property, stupidly I went for a higher valuation and lower fee with another agent which failed to work out (surprise, surprise). Having gone back to James he was extremely proactive as were all of his colleagues. Being an Estate Agent myself in East London, I should have known better and gone with James in the first place, he wasn't the cheapest fee, but, you get what you pay for at the end of the day.

GoogleDuring our search for a property we came to know many of the sales team at Miles and Barr and found Dasha who sold us our new home to be very helpful and friendly. This applies to most of those who showed us around the many properties we viewed. I wasn’t so impressed with the service following the acceptance of our offer - the person we dealt with was clearly stretched. There is no doubt that M&B are pretty dominant locally as demonstrated by the number of properties they marketed during the 6-9 months we were actively looking.
