GoogleVery helpful people. Sold my house in Andover to move away from the area leaving it vacant. Justin did everything he promised, kept on eye on my place as it was going through and even helped me find my pad in London through someone he knew. Ten out of ten.

Further more they kept me up to date with proceeding at every stage. They took a burden of stress off us and acted with complete professionalism. GooglePOOR ESTATE AGENT!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! POOR EVERYTHING!!! Took my depoist money to secure a flat without telling me it was non refundable. Company policy apparently. They are just a money grabbing Estate Agent with no care in the world for their Clients or Vendors. Worst Estate I have ever known. I am also an ex employee for Connells and I have seen the way they do business with my own eyes and it's horrifying!!! AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT AT ALL COSTS!!!

GoogleRun a mile!!! We have tried to use the Andover branch on two separate occasions. Once as a developer and once as a seller. Both times it has been vast amount of empty promises and shocking customer service! As a developer we were looking to centralise with Connells as they offered a “great” support for buy to lets and development oppertunities, well it was all tall tales. We found a dwelling we wanted to develop and arranged the mortgage through their in branch broker. We made on offer on the dwelling and after making the offer found out that the mortgage was not set up despite being told it had. Reason why it wasn’t done? The individual who was meant to do it had left the business and simply did not bother. Then we thought we try them as an agent to sell a house. We were promised the world to make up for the debacle with the buying and promptly they messed up again. The house was never marketed as promised and there as no comminucation. Only after weeks we got told that they would put the house into their Christmas bonanza....we by then had sold via another agent. We got the excuse that the person dealing with our house had been out of the office due to illness. So only one person can ensure that your house gets marketed? After we informed them that the house had been sold they put up a for sale sign! To top it all off...one of their members of staff then called and left a voicemail to inform us that he has managed to arrange a viewing for the new year! I am sorry but that place is the most incompetent outfit of estate agents we have ever dealt with!

GoogleI came down to Andover, ignorant of its surroundings and community, with the hopes of looking for a place to stay temporarily. After failure upon failure with other estate agents, I ended up making my way to Connells. I ended up meeting a fellow named Oliver and I am very very grateful for his service and kindness; he was very patient with our requests since there was a lot of back and forth communication and hesitation regarding certain properties. And whilst being able to provide a quality service, he also simultaneously informed me of Andover and its community; it honestly felt so genuine and it was as if I was reuniting with an old friend. I absolutely recommend this agent if you are ever looking for a property. Wonderful experience.

GoogleUseless, just useless, very pushy on sales, I view two houses in one day and it had barely been 2 hours and I had a phone call chasing a decision! Awful conduct really to be honest, wouldn't recommend, was late... twice. Because other people were running late as well I was offered to view the house with them.... sorry I don't think so. I had three cold calls after the viewing by different people, I had told them on the fi at call I wasn't interested!! Very pushy! Look else where first

GoogleAfter a bit of a slow start Tristan took over, and he has been amazingly proactive. The effect was immediate and with his enthusiasm and obvious hard work, and some helpful advice I had viewings booked, and a firm offer within a short time. Very grateful.

GoogleFailed to respond to email and phone requests to view a property in Andover that remains on the market. When discussed with agent IT was blamed & promised a call back but again failed to contact me. Communication is a huge problem for this company!

GoogleI am very happy to recommend the sales team at Connells in Andover. Following the death of my brother I was responsible for putting his house on the market, and within a short time a very good offer was put forward and the sale has now completed. They have been infinitely patient and sensitive during a contentious and difficult Probate and their charges are very fair.
